The property's 15 one- and two-bedroom cabins — each with a full kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and lake views — sleep up to 71 guests, making it the only wedding venue in the White Mountains set upon a lake. Weddings and private events are hosted on the resort's large grass area beside the lake, which accommodates between 30 and 130 guests for outdoor ceremonies and receptions. Bistro lighting and tree uplighting are provided, along with power supply for outside vendors. Because the setting is entirely outdoors, couples bring in their own tables, chairs, catering, and entertainment to shape the weekend to their vision. Full resort buyout is required for wedding bookings, giving the host group exclusive use of the entire property.
