In the Historic Armstrong Manufacturing building that has been converted into 3 Unique events spaces surrounded by a mural park and living on the Pequonnock River. The Boathouse is the largest space and has the flexibility to seat up to 350 or 500 cocktail style. It has 27' High Peaks, Amazing HVAC & Ventilation, 3 12'x14' Glass Garage Doors that open to a 1,200 Sq Ft deck on the river with Lawn Access, 2 Green Rooms, 7 Gender Neutral Bathrooms, 500 sq ft catering area, natural wood floors and ample parking. The Wilder Gallery is the 3,000 Sq and perfect for events up to 125-200 Guests The Armstrong Gallery is the smallest of the spaces and has a built in bar and part of the machinery to the oldest elevator in CT that creates a unique visual. The space is recommended for events up to 150 guests. The three spaces connect and can create some amazing "OMG there's more" moments!
