As a premier wedding and events venue, conveniently tucked between Austin and Houston, we embody the natural beauty of Texas and all the luxurious elegance you want for your special events. Our dream of creating the perfect private venue in the heart of our homeland came true when we purchased 66 acres of lush Texas woodland in 2012. Since then, we have lovingly expanded the property to include a vineyard, beautiful barn, chapel and two intimate cottages.

Available only to pre-approved event planners and caterers, and restricted only by your imagination and Dos Arbolitos' inspiration. Let your creativity go wild with weddings, corporate events, and family gatherings. Our Story The trees attracted us when we first walked into the land that would become Dos Arbolitos. A unique mix of towering bull pines, large post oaks, pin oaks, burr oaks, and live oaks grew alongside massive post oaks, pin oaks, burr oaks, and live oaks. The forest was alive with birds and there were acres of yellow coreopsis. Our goal has been to make this incredible setting our home while maintaining the natural beauty and calm that drew us to the property in the first place. We wanted to retain the solitude, tranquility, and serenity of the old forest by surrounding our new home inside it, as well as develop and conserve the unique woodland setting we had fallen in love with. We wanted to capture the sounds and sensations of the woods while also honoring the land and paying homage to early twentieth-century Texas. Everything we did in the construction of Dos Arbolitos was done with a distinct feeling of care. We tried to remember that special feeling we had the first day we walked onto the land and were calmed by the cool breezes in the middle of summer, enchanted by the choir of birds singing in the virgin forest, and eventually swept away by the natural woodland beauty of this place we knew would become our home with each step we took. Now we want to share Dos Arbolitos' beauty and peace with others.

BLU CABIN: KITCHENETTE AND RESTROOM FACILITIES PERFECT FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS AND CATERING SERVICES In the midst of a field of distinctive Texas Bluebonnets, the historically charming “Blu Cabin” may be found. We recently completed a renovation of the Blu Home, converting the historic log cabin from the 1800s (shown above) into an outdoor event space. Blu Cabin is equipped with a meal preparation space, bathrooms, and a dressing area. It is close to The Ranch House, with a view of the pond and a field of bluebonnets to add to the beauty of the setting. BlissWood Bed and Breakfast Ranch is a 350-acre working guest ranch in Cat Spring, Texas, about an hour west of Houston. For more than 25 years the ranch has welcomed guests to private cabins, guest houses, and glamping units set among a lake, hiking and horseback trails, and a mix of domestic and wild animals. The ranch hosts weddings and elopements against its natural backdrop, with couples saying their vows at the gazebo or live oak arch by Enchanted Lake, under the canopy of the ranch's oak grove, or by its rustic barn. Wedding offerings range from no-frills elopements for two to close friends and family celebrations for up to 25 guests, along with vow renewals and honeymoon stays. Mimosa Ranch is a rustic, private wedding location in Bellville, Texas. This resort provides a respite from the rigors and demands of modern life, allowing couples to focus on each other. Couples and their guests may unwind and soak up the laid-back vibes while taking in the breathtaking sunsets. The onsite lake provides a naturally lovely backdrop for wedding photography. This location has a lot of ranch-style decorations that are great for event design. Mimosa Ranch's 80 acres of property maintain a sense of intimacy and coziness. Despite the close proximity, there are lots of surrounding facilities and businesses to help events go well. It's only an hour's journey from Houston and College Station, but it'll take two hours to go to Austin. For guests coming in from other states or countries to celebrate with you, George Bush Intercontinental Airport is 90 minutes away. This venue's staff works hard to make wedding planning as simple and stress-free as possible. This ranch combines romance and elegance with a rustic design to create a one-of-a-kind experience.
