We are located on a former estate; the aesthetic of the property blends 1920s refinement with 1790s pastoral, boasting views of woodlands, lakes, rolling pastures and vistas extending towards Bear Mountain. Structures on the property include an 18th century farmhouse, a 150-year old classic red barn, an elegant estate home built in the 1920s, a boathouse and various cabins. You can use our historic venues for rehearsal dinners, birthdays, family gatherings and more. With 19 rooms available for overnight accommodation, you and your guests will enjoy a stay on a working farm while knowing that you are supporting an agricultural nonprofit with a mission that cultivates environmental resiliency and regional prosperity. WEDDINGS The focal point of your event is an elegant fieldstone house set amidst the landscape of a true working regenerative farm. The soft lowing of cows on distant hills can be heard as your guests dine on local fare coordinated through our favorite chefs and caterers. An ancient apple orchard gently slopes away from your table and pastures rise in the distance. Vegetables grow a stone's throw away. Your carefully crafted menu celebrates and works in harmony with the abundance around you. Blue Hill On the Road brings our cuisine, staff, style and expertise to your guests at venues throughout New York City, the Hudson Valley and farther afield. Country Blue Hill at Stone Barns, our restaurant located in Westchester County, offers private dining for up to 14 guests and the HayLoft, which seats 40-260 guests. The Powelton Club is a private country club established in 1882 in Balmville, New York, set on a 100-acre property overlooking the Hudson River and the Hudson Highlands, approximately 50 miles north of New York City. Founded as the Powelton Lawn Tennis Club and a charter member of the United States Lawn Tennis Association, the club has been welcoming members and their guests for more than 140 years. The current clubhouse — a red brick building designed by Francis Abreu and completed in 1930 — serves as the setting for weddings, private celebrations, corporate gatherings, and nonprofit events. The club hosts one wedding per day, and all events are available to members and member-sponsored clients. Wedding packages include on-site planning with a certified wedding planner, a day-of coordinator, a bridal suite, champagne toast service, a dance floor, and full table service with china, glassware, and linens. The property also features an 18-hole golf course designed by Devereaux Emmet, five American red clay tennis courts, and a swimming pool.

Our current catering business has been in constant successful operation, under the guidance of the Coris family, since the mid 1940’s.
