    The Antique Boat Museum occupies a 4.5-acre waterfront campus in Clayton, New York, along the St. Lawrence River in the Thousand Islands region. Established in the 1960s and chartered under its current name in 1990, the museum is a nationally recognized institution dedicated to preserving North American maritime heritage. The campus encompasses ten exhibition buildings with 29,000 square feet of exhibits, 1,900 feet of dockage, and 1,300 feet of river shoreline. For private events, the museum offers a range of waterfront spaces — from open-sided porches overlooking the river to a large 80-by-40-foot tent and a fully covered yacht house featuring the in-water antique boat fleet. She opened a retail flower shop 3 years ago and found that every single person that entered her store was stunned by the 25 foot tall ceilings, the massive chandelier and the general beauty of the space. Walk in customers would step right over a black rope that was put up for boundaries and look around the space in awe! This building, once an old door factory with two floors, was gutted by the architectural genius and landlord. These walls, this corner, this neighborhood married with the floral expertise of Rebecca and her team have led her to open this very special, unique and intimate space. BROOKLYN NY MICRO-WEDDING VENUE The Pink Moon really does boast the perfect size for micro-weddings and mini-monies! The space can accommodate between 48-66 guests with a dance floor or up to 75 guests for a cocktail style party. Occupancy is currently limited to 25% due to Covid-19.     Universal Preservation Hall is a historic performing arts and event venue occupying a restored 1871 Methodist church in downtown Saratoga Springs, New York. The building's original High Victorian Gothic architecture — including cathedral ceilings and two-story stained glass windows — was carefully preserved through a renovation completed in 2019, while the interior was modernized with a custom sound system, movable platforms, and an elevator for full accessibility. The 7,000-square-foot venue operates across three floors. The centerpiece is the Great Hall, a second-floor theater-in-the-round with 679 seats suited for concerts, lectures, performances, and large-scale private events. The ground floor houses the Community Room, a 2,600-square-foot space with 15-foot ceilings and ornate columns for gatherings of up to 150 guests, alongside The Chapel, an intimate room for events of up to 75. Together, the spaces accommodate everything from weddings and corporate receptions to ticketed performances and community celebrations. Universal Preservation Hall is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and part of the Proctors Collaborative. Its rental program supports the venue's broader mission of activating downtown Saratoga Springs through the arts.
