Redfield Estate combines the beauty of nature and history nestled on the grounds of The Grove Nature Preserve - a 150+ acre National Historic Landmark on Chicago's North Shore. Capacity up to 120 guests May - October, and 50 - 100 guests November - April. Rental rates are $650 - $4,350 + based on date and time. Catering: Choose from eight contracted catering companies to assist you with planning your event, including your menu, bar, service staff, linen, all necessary equipment to produce your event, and complete ceremony and reception setup/breakdown. Full service catering is required at Redfield Estate, averaging $120-$175 + per person in addition to the rental fee. Private rentals include: the Redfield Estate vintage 1920's home with original windows, fireplace and dressing rooms; a covered outdoor pavilion seating up to 120 with dimmable lighting, a stone fireplace, electric window shades, and bistro lights twinkling above in the trees. Convene Willis Tower is a premium venue in one of the most iconic trophy buildings in the world. Spanning 90,000 square-feet across the entire third floor and offering 11 unique meeting spaces, it is conveniently located in the Loop neighborhood of Chicago. This column-free general session space for over 1,945 guests has plenty of break-out spaces with the largest meeting room able to accommodate just under 650 guests.
