We look forward to welcoming guests for our 84th season, which begins on May 27th! The Lighthouse Inn on Cape Cod will transport you to a bygone era... With its isolated and tranquil atmosphere, as well as cool ocean breezes to restore your spirit, Cape Cod has become synonymous with relaxation. The Lighthouse Inn, located on nine quiet coastal acres, provides a private sandy beach, heated pool, tennis, family activities, and a full-service restaurant with magnificent ocean views, among other amenities. There is no better place to celebrate your wedding than a setting that is closer to the water and more characteristically Cape Cod. A wedding at the Lighthouse Inn will provide you with beautiful vistas, historic charm, and the salty air of Nantucket Sound, among other things. We can assist you with the planning of a rehearsal dinner prior to your wedding day. Check with our wedding organizer to see if any dates and hours are available. On-site meal following the rehearsal may be available, subject to space and time availability. Each morning, you and your guests may enjoy a hearty breakfast in our ocean view dining room before retiring to one of the lovely seaside guest rooms or cottages. Also included are access to a variety of outdoor activities such as our own beach, tennis courts, mini golf course and a seasonally open outdoor swimming pool.

The Bookhouse at Faunbrook occupies a Victorian mansion built in the 1860s in West Chester, Pennsylvania, originally the home of the Darlington family. The property blends its literary theme with historic architecture, offering seven individually themed guest rooms, including the Darlington Suite with soaring ceilings and a marble fireplace, Jane's Room inspired by Jane Austen, and Alice's Suite with its own fireplace and reading nook. For weddings, the mansion and grounds accommodate up to 100 guests across a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, with couples choosing from an intimate elopement package for up to 28 guests, a full single-day mansion buyout, or a multi-day weekend celebration with exclusive use of the mansion and grounds. All seven guest rooms are available for wedding parties and out-of-town guests to stay on site. The Tea Room brings an Alice in Wonderland-inspired setting to bridal showers, baby showers, and afternoon tea gatherings, seating up to 25 guests with catering from Mrs. Robinson's Tea and Sweet Amelia's. The venue also works with a roster of area caterers and coordinates with Catalina Weddings and Events to support wedding planning.

​The Inn & Conference Center features over 120 seasonal hotel rooms, 31 year-round Inn-style rooms, 50 Warren Lounge, and over 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space including outdoor patios.

The Woodlea Clubhouse was once a Vanderbilt Mansion that was constructed in 1892 and held by Colonel Elliot Fitch Shephard. Colonel Shephard was the founder of the New York Bar Association as well as the proprietor of the journal Mail and Express. 1910 saw the purchase of the mansion by Frank Vanderlip and William Rockefeller. The following year, 1911, saw the establishment of the Sleepy Hollow Country Club by a board of directors that included John Jacob Astor IV, Cornelius Vanderbilt III, Edward Julius Berwind, and a number of other notable individuals. The Sleepy Hollow Country Club has seen several improvements and transformations throughout the course of its history, propelling it to the position of being one of the best-rated golf courses and country clubs not only in New York, but also in the United States. We provide a sophisticated location for events such as weddings, family get-togethers, holiday parties, and business meetings. In addition, we host corporate outings that include activities such as golf, tennis, and swimming. When it comes to supper and dance, our Club House can host up to 240 guests. Between the middle of April and the end of October, our West Terrace Tent can comfortably host up to 400 guests (Heating and cooling available through an outside vendor at an additional cost).

Alder Manor is a 72-room Renaissance Revival mansion in Yonkers, New York, designed in 1912 by the architecture firm Carrère and Hastings for mining magnate William Boyce Thompson. Named for Thompson's Montana hometown of Alder Gulch, the estate sits on more than six acres of classically inspired gardens filled with authentic Roman artifacts imported from Italy in the early twentieth century. The interior is defined by a succession of original architectural features: marble floors, walnut and oak paneling, a rare English-style trompe-l'oeil ceiling, a 15th-century Italian stone fireplace, an actual 16th-century Italian church façade incorporated into the structure, a three-story staircase, and an indoor tiled pool topped by a stained glass window. Many of the 72 rooms retain original Renaissance paintings and historic artifacts. The grounds command views of the Hudson River and the Palisades. Alder Manor is available for film, photo, and commercial shoots, with convenings, retreats, private events, and weddings anticipated in 2026.

Union Square has been a gathering area for about 170 years—for trade, entertainment, labor and political rallies, and relaxation. The park gets its name from its location at the crossroads of two important New York City thoroughfares, Bloomingdale Road (now Broadway) and Bowery Road (now Fourth Avenue). Union Square first opened to the public on July 19, 1839. Its paths, which wind through lushly landscaped lawns, were inspired by London's affluent residential squares. The design concentrated on a big central fountain, which was constructed for the completion of the Croton Aqueduct in 1842, and accentuated the park's oval shape (contained by an iron picket fence). Union Square became a significant commercial and residential area as New York City's downtown extended northward. The grounds of Union Square have hosted a variety of public gatherings, including parades, labor protests, political rallies, and official events such as the United States Sanitary Commission's Great Metropolitan Fair in 1864. Because of its significance in American labor history, the United States Department of the Interior designated Union Square Park as a National Historic Landmark in 1997. The park line will be extended south 14th Street, and the traffic island on which the Gandhi statue now sits will be incorporated into the park.

Judney Farms is a family-owned property spanning nearly ten acres in Rockaway Township, New Jersey, easily reached from Routes 80 and 23. Green pastures, white wooden fences, and mountain views set the backdrop for the farm's rustic-upscale event experience, with owners living on the premises. The farm hosts weddings, engagement photo shoots, birthdays, baby showers, and bridal showers. Ceremony settings include a site by the private pond and a stone porch with stone walkway. The venue can be offered as a standalone space or the team can help coordinate tenting, flooring, lighting, and catering vendors to bring a couple's vision to life. An experienced planner is on hand throughout the wedding day. A fire pit with s'mores and horse-drawn carriage services are among the farm's signature touches.

Hopewell Valley Vineyards is a 75-acre winery and event estate set at the base of the Sourland Mountains near Pennington, New Jersey. Established in 2001 by Sergio and Violetta Neri, the vineyard draws on three generations of Tuscan winemaking tradition, cultivating 20 acres of wine grapes on clay-loam soil and producing an award-winning portfolio of both classic vinifera and regionally adapted varieties. The property offers several distinct event spaces — a Tuscan-inspired Upper Tasting Room with vaulted ceilings and a covered deck overlooking the vineyards, an industrial Tank Room surrounded by stainless steel fermentation tanks, a Lower Tasting Room with a musical stage and brick oven, and a seasonal 40' × 80' covered pole tent framed by vineyard views. The spaces host bridal and baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and weddings. In-house catering draws from a Mediterranean-inspired menu with American appetizers, complemented by brick-oven pizza on weekends. All wine served on the property is made exclusively on-site, grounding every event in the vineyard's own harvest.

In a brownstone in Brooklyn, Latin market cuisine is served. Palo Santo offers a daily-changing menu of Latin American-inspired cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Palo Santo has 15 years of experience hosting private events, making it the ideal location for gatherings of up to 60 people in one location. A brownstone on a tree-lined block in Park Slope, Brooklyn, our quaint location may offer you with a great environment for your party. Contact us now to reserve your space. We deliver quality cuisine and service to ensure that your event is a memorable one. In the event that you are planning a large party to commemorate a special occasion, we recommend that you consider renting the entire restaurant; our maximum seating capacity is 60 people. Please contact us for information on pricing and availability. Any changes to your menu must be made at least 14 days before your event to guarantee that all of your options are still available. Two days before your event, you must do a final count of attendees. The total cost will be increased by the amount of New York State sales tax, 20 percent gratuity, and a 5 percent planning charge. You are welcome to design the room as you see fit. To avoid a 10% cleaning cost, please book additional time for decorating and remove all decorations at the end of your planned period in order to avoid a 10% cleaning fee. All price packages include the use of the venue for three hours, which begins immediately at the planned event time and ends when the event is over. For an extra fee, we will make available to you additional space and/or time if necessary.
