The building opened as an arts center in 2004 and today houses a 200-seat theatre, a gallery, four classroom studios, and outdoor terraces. The Walters hosts weddings, anniversaries, bar and bat mitzvahs, quinceañeras, galas, fundraisers, memorials, and meetings, with private rentals available on weekends.
