The Riverside House is a historic event venue operated by the Junior League of Jacksonville, set in a traditional colonial building originally constructed in 1926 as a church in Jacksonville's Riverside/Avondale neighborhood. Since opening its doors to the public in December 1980, the property has served as a setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate meetings, and private celebrations of all sizes. The venue offers three distinct spaces for rental: an auditorium — the former church sanctuary — with seating for up to 283 guests and a built-in audio system; a reception hall accommodating 125 guests with tables and chairs or 140 with chairs only; and a boardroom suited to smaller gatherings.
