Whatever your requirements, we will work with you to create a unique event that will delight both you and your guests. All group activities hosted at Lynfred Winery are open to attendees who are 21 years of age or older. Most events require a minimum of twelve guests. Depending on the occasion, the maximum number of visitors ranges from 20 to 60. Private activities are held seven days a week, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., from January to September. Due to production and other scheduled activities, availability may be limited. In the mid-1970s, Lynn and Fred bought the Fenz Home, a one-acre property near the intersection of Roselle and Irving Park roads in Roselle, Illinois, which had already been historically significant: it had been inhabited by Colonel Roselle Hough, after whom the city is named. The Hattendorf family erected the structure in 1912, and Fred and Lynn rebuilt it, keeping the original detail and modifying it to serve the winemaking operation. Fortunately, the more than 18-inch thick cellar walls provide optimum temperature control for aging wines. Lynfred Winery, founded by Fred and Lynn in 1979, produces 5,000 gallons of wine in seven varieties. Lynfred has held true to its promise of producing exceptional wines over the years. Fred began construction on a 24,000 square foot state-of-the-art winemaking facility in 1990. While Lynn and Fred have both passed, their "small winery" rose to prominence in the winemaking world, and they left a dedicated team to lead Lynfred Winery into the future.

Itasca Country Club boasts a rich history, dating back to its organization in 1925 by B.B. Clover. Soon after, in 1928, the club was purchased by William Lyons who remained an integral part of the club until his retirement in 1985. The Itasca Country Club has been a staple in the community for over 90+ years and is a designated historical landmark by the Village of Itasca's Historical Preservation Committee and has been honored as a "Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary" by the National Audubon Society. We celebrate our colorful past while also continuing to build new memories for our members and their families. Today the Itasca Country Club is a family friendly private country club with a beautiful golf course, pool and banquet facility located in the heart of Itasca, IL. The Roselle Park District offers a range of indoor and outdoor rental spaces for private events in Roselle, Illinois. Operating out of the Clauss Recreation Center and several additional park locations, the district provides flexible facilities for birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, corporate meetings, family reunions, holiday parties, and community gatherings. Indoor options include the Maple Room at the Clauss Recreation Center — a divisible space seating up to 100 guests — and the full-sized gymnasium, which accommodates up to 200 guests and can be split in half for smaller events. The 10 North facility on Roselle Road houses two private suites, each equipped with AV access and a kitchenette, suited for corporate meetings and small celebrations. The Scout Lodge, a self-access facility, seats up to 70 guests and includes patio and playground access. Outdoors, Turner Park offers a covered pavilion for up to 150 guests and a gazebo for up to 50 guests, both set within a park featuring a pond, walking path, and recreational courts. All rentals are arranged through the district's rentals team and require a minimum of two weeks' notice to reserve.

The Schram Memorial Chapel, named after famed Navy Captain Richard A. Schram and originally built at the Glenview Naval Air Station during World War II, served as a place of worship for thousands of servicemen and women passing through this military installation. The Village of Glenview and Kimball Hill Builders moved this historic non-denominational chapel from its original position after the Naval Air Station closed. The Schram Memorial Chapel is now held by the Glenview Park District and can be rented by groups, individuals, and organizations. Its rich history and impressive religious construction make it a very unique location for important milestones and memorable occasions. Both the rehearsal and the ceremony will be staffed by a caretaker. The caretaker is in charge of making sure the building is available to the renter during the agreed-upon rental hours, as well as setting the temperature and audio equipment. They are unable to direct your event, but are delighted to answer questions and make recommendations. The rehearsal can take place on any day (a week before, the night before, etc.) as long as the required day and time are available. The rehearsal will last one and a half hours. In addition to the ceremony rental, this time must be paid for. Typically, five flower stands, two altar shelves, 20 pews, and two podiums are all decorated. Except for tape on an aisle runner, we do not allow the use of nails, glue, or tape. Ribbon, tulle, or rubber bands can be used to connect pew decorations. Decorations are usually put up approximately 20-30 minutes prior to the wedding. Renters and their service providers have access to the building during the agreed rental term.

Overall, the effect is reminiscent of a country house in northern Europe. It is particularly lovely due to its variation of line, leaded glass windows, stone, stucco, and slate materials. It had a formal rose garden on one side of the home and a "natural" environment intended to attract wildlife on the other, in addition to its numerous distinctive design features. Even now, deer and other wild creatures can be seen through the windows.

White Pines Golf Club is a Bensenville Park District facility set on more than 260 acres of maintained grounds west of Chicago. A fixture in the Chicago area since 1928, the club has evolved from its origins as an 18-hole course into a full-service event destination with two spaces designed for private celebrations. The Banquet Room accommodates up to 240 guests and features vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a wrap-around balcony overlooking the golf course, pond, and water features. It is well suited for wedding receptions, corporate dinners, and milestone events where guests can take in course views throughout the evening. The Pavilion is a climate-controlled permanent outdoor tent available from May through September, accommodating up to 300 guests. A secluded west-side patio adjoins the space for cocktails and mingling. Together, the two spaces serve weddings, quinceañeras, golf outings, showers, business meetings, and fundraisers, with catering handled by an in-house culinary team.
