The Fulton Table is a chef-driven private dining and event space located in Chicago’s Fulton Market. Designed for gatherings that center around food, the experience is built with the same intention and precision as a restaurant, while offering the privacy and flexibility of a dedicated event venue. Events are structured around a minimum investment and are fully inclusive of culinary, service, and foundational design. From there, clients have the option to elevate the environment through curated table settings, candle compositions, and room styling that reflect the tone of the evening. The result is a seamless experience where every element feels considered without becoming overdesigned. The space is used for corporate dinners, client entertaining, wedding weekend gatherings, and milestone celebrations. Daytime events include executive meetings, luncheons, and brand gatherings that benefit from a more refined culinary approach. As a chef-owned concept, the focus remains on the table itself. Guests are not moving through a program. They are seated, hosted, and engaged through the progression of the meal. The Fulton Table is designed for those who value a composed, food-forward experience in a private setting.

MAD Social is available for full buy out, and their event menus and packages are customizable. Adolfo Garcia oversaw the design of MAD Social and has kept it true to its warehouse roots, while bringing a French industrial chic feel to the space. An intimate and refined place, MAD Social has 65 seats in the dining room, 12 at the bar and will offer outdoor seating in the patio space during warmer months. In keeping with the industrial past of the West Loop neighborhood, Garcia used “1900’s warehouse” as a design inspiration. Guests will see it incorporated throughout MAD Social's dining room from the table tops to focal point art pieces, including a jigsaw-esque design on the front of the bar and an oversized wooden mosaic piece on the east wall.

Stephanie Izard was born in the city of Chicago in the state of Illinois. She was born and raised in Stamford, Connecticut, and went on to the University of Michigan and Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Arizona before returning to Chicago in 2000 to pursue her culinary profession. She opened her first restaurant, Scylla, in Bucktown in 2004 after working under some of Chicago's best chefs (Jean-Georges Vongerichten at Vong; Sean McClain at Spring; Dale Levitski at La Tache). She had the opportunity to participate on Bravo's Top Chef a few years later, and she won as well as being selected fan favorite. Stephanie met her business partners, Rob and Kevin of BOKA Restaurant Group, and the idea for Girl & the Goat began to take shape. The restaurant debuted in Summer 2010 after great thought and consideration was given to the location in the West Loop. Just a few years later, Stephanie opened Little Goat Diner across the street, followed by Duck Duck Goat on Fulton Market in 2016. The James Beard Foundation nominated Girl & the Goat for best new restaurant in 2011, and Izard received the Beard award for Best Chef Great Lakes in 2013. In 2010, she was named one of Food & Wine Magazine's "Best New Chefs." Kevin Boehm and Rob Katz, James Beard award-winning restaurateurs, have become one of the country's most successful owner/operators after creating 20 profitable restaurants over two decades. They have not only constructed a thriving restaurant company, but a restaurant culture based on excellent chefs, imaginative hospitality, and stunning design.

The Arbella, flagship of the Winthrop Fleet, sailed from England to Salem in 1630, and gave birth to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. During the voyage, the passengers and crew managed to consume the 10,000 gallons of wine that had been stowed on board as part of the ship’s provisions. In the spirit of the age of exploration, we strive to follow the ship’s occupants sense of adventure, leaving home to start something new and the search for freedom and choice to lead lives of individual distinction. We have taken this approach with our menu, giving you the opportunity to journey to many locales throughout the world of cocktails. We sincerely hope that amongst our offerings you will find something that satisfies your thirst, but may also, for a brief moment, spark your wanderlust.

Stephanie Izard's Girl & the Goat opened in 2010 as one of the first restaurants on Chicago's iconic Restaurant Row in the West Loop, with the purpose of offering strong, cosmopolitan flavors to our local community (and guests!). Our desire to serve guests like family hasn't changed since then (and neither have our Green Beans), but our seasonal flavors, cocktails, wine, and locally-sourced beer have. Since its debut on December 1, 2010, the "Underground Goat" has hosted a range of unique events ranging from business meetings to engagements and everything in between. Up to 24 people can be seated around one huge table and up to 26 guests can be seated around two tables at the UG. The UG isn't your average private dining room. Your party will be brought downstairs, through the restaurant, and into the Goat's "staff only" areas. You'll find a pleasant, candle-lit space that mirrors the relaxed, rustic vibe of the main dining room once you arrive. It also houses our incredible wine collection and has its own sound and lighting system that can be customized to meet the needs of any occasion. You can start your evening with your favorite beverage: beer, wine, champagne, or a unique cocktail. When dinner begins, your server will lead you and your guests through the upcoming gourmet adventure! Your family-style menu contains 13 dishes developed by Chef Stephanie to highlight the finest of our seasonally changing menu, which will always accommodate any dietary restrictions. We hope you'll make a night of it, and we'd be delighted to welcome you anytime after 4:30pm when the doors open. Please contact us for additional information or to book your next event!
