The Motoring Club started in 2019 by Michael Rapetti. A membership destination for car enthusiasts to gather 7 days a week In a casual environment. A simple concept where you are surrounded by permanent cars and a coffee destination. The Motoring Club also serves as a secure storage for members vehicles while the other half of the clubhouse is an event space. The Motoring Club started in a 11,000 square foot warehouse in Marina Del Rey and in 2022 it moved to a 20,000+ square foot warehouse.

It’s a cozy, yet stylish, Santa Monica wine shop and bar where you can come for a glass of champagne and a meal, buy a special bottle for a friend, stock your wine cellar or all of the above. Tucked inside a beautifully refurbished 1937 Art Deco building, their retail area features floor to ceiling racks of wine focused on smaller producers (whose stories they know and love) as well as a separate room for high-end finds to add to your private collection. Milo + Olive is a neighborhood bakery and pizzeria, offering a variety of morning breads and pastries, wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas and an ever-evolving Italian menu of small plates and seasonally-inspired dishes. The food represents the Rustic Canyon Family restaurant group’s continued commitment to truly seasonal, market-driven cuisine—a reflection of the best ingredients available from local farmers and vendors with sustainable practices. Executive Chef Connor Underwood turns out an array of wood-fired pizzas and vegetables, handmade pastas and small plates for sharing over lunch and dinner. The breakfast menu features a range of options, including egg dishes, alongside the bakery team's handcrafted breads, rustic pastries, and morning desserts. We can host partial or full buyouts, with indoor and outdoor options featuring a bounty of comforting dishes, like passed appetizers and cocktails or a family-style meal of entrées, sides and an assortment of desserts. The Skyline Boho is the combination of three spaces. Located on the 6th floor, it features an open floor plan with dramatic sunset light coming through all the windows that can be separated into 3 areas. The combined size of the spaces is 5,600 sq. ft. with 11 feet high ceilings. It features gorgeous panoramic 270º city views with Northwest, West, and Southwest facing windows, concrete floors, multi-zone air conditioners, and an abundance of natural mid-day and sunset light. The entire studio is painted white for extra brightness. All the pictured furniture and decor are included.
