Showcasing plants from all over the world, this venue offers year-round greenery and an intimate, magical feel for any event. **** In April 2026, prep work for a large restoration project will begin. Opportunities for photography shoots and elopements may still be available, however, full reservation will not be accepted until the project is complete. Please check back in Jan 2027, for summer 2027 reservations. . **** South Pavilion: During the day, the South Pavilion is available for small, intimate rentals ranging from business and community meetings to baby showers and intimate elopements. The South Pavilion is easily accessible by caterers and guests. A built-in bar with a three-compartment sink and mini-fridge is accessible to clients. Whole Conservatory: In the evening, clients can rent the whole Conservatory including the North and South Pavilions, the Orchid Room, Palm, Tropical, Mediterranean, and Desert Houses. Typical set-up includes seating in the North Pavilion, cocktail tables and food stations in the greenhouses, with the bar, music, and dancing in the South Pavilion. Prism's original location had been the city's principal rug cleaning operation, which had been operating in a massive industrial structure with high ceilings for more than 50 years. Following its closure in 2005 and the formation of the city's Arts District, the facility was transformed into an artist space, then into a live performance theater, and finally into the one-of-a-kind venue Prism Annapolis, which opened in 2012.

The Vollmer Center is a modern industrial 'green' building with a living roof, composting toilets, and geothermal heating and cooling. The floor to ceiling windows throughout the building allow guests to enjoy the outdoor views from a comfortable and protected indoor location, no matter the weather or season. The Vollmer Center is frequently used for events such as business meetings and conferences, mitzvahs, fundraising galas, and weddings. The lower lobby and the main auditorium are available for rent throughout the day and evening. After 4pm, clients also have access to the upstairs lobby and attached patio space. Please inquire about capacity limitations for vendor fairs and flower shows. All facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Located right off Main St. we offer onsite private parking for all our event guests, a large and very comfortable main Cafe dining space which can seat about 40 people. Outside of our main dining room, we have a beautifully renovated privately enclosed patio with ample seating for an additional 25 guests, with twinkling patio lights, fresh hanging flowers, brick walls and wood lattices, a beautiful window with breathtaking views of the oldest merchants flour mill in the United States (Ellicotts Mills) and private access to parking, you can expect a rustic comfort when you book your event with us. We offer very flexible options of full event rental, including indoor and or outdoor space, with service staff, BYOB, delicious and customizable food options including special request menu items, specialty drinks and coffees, freshly squeezed juices, house-made mini crepes, sandwiches, snack options and grazing party platters.
