Our farm grows beautiful flowers specifically for events like yours. We have an outstanding floral design team with experience in weddings, funerals, graduations, showers, corporate events, hotels, restaurants, catering halls, and movie sets. Need other organic items for your event? Just let us know. If we are doing your flower arranging we are happy to grow pumpkins in green, blue, white, pink, orange, or beige as amazing living floral vases. We also grow wheat for fall arrangements and berries to be mixed with your summer blooms. Our honey from our farm apiary makes a sweet guest favor and our "white dove releases" can add just the right drama to the day. Our fresh cut flowers are only the beginning.

A close working relationship exists between Castello di Borghese Vineyard and local florists, caterers, and event planners, and we look forward to delivering an excellent and unique party package. The environment of our vineyard is rustic and charming, making it an ideal location for weddings and private parties. Our gallery can be modified for each event, and it features wide barn doors that allow guests to have a close look at our vines. Welcome to The Old Field Vineyards, a very special place for your very special day. Set way back from the Main Road lies the vineyard, the great lawn and Southold Bay. Your guests arrive and saunter down the farm road, past the grape loaded vines towards the sparkling bay. With seats set up for the ceremony and to provide a walkway, you enter through the arches and walk across the green lawn towards towards your intended with the bay behind them. Following the ceremony, guests roam the great lawn in front of our 1850s home, or hang on the sandy beach enjoying a cocktail, the view and the privacy. When dinner is ready, everyone moves into the reception tent to celebrate your union, as the moon rises over Shelter Island. What could be more perfect! The Old Field is the only vineyard on Peconic Bay with a private beach to host your special event. Weddings and parties are held outdoors and under a tent from June 15th through September 15th, and we can accommodate a maximum of 250 guests. Wedding / Party Basics: Most of our “day” weddings begin around 3:30 PM and run until 12:00 AM. Music in order to be in compliance with The Town of Southold is to be off by 10:30 PM. Wine purchases are given 15% off the case price, excluding our sparkling wine. We ask that you pour our wines only. A property manager representing The Old Field on the day of the event is required. The Old Field supplies the venue which includes 500 feet of lawn and 600 feet of beach front, electricity and non potable water for cleaning up. The wedding party/ licensee is responsible for supplying their tent, portable toilets, caterer, band/DJ, party supplies, flowers and anything else they require for their event. We have a list of approved vendors to guide you with your choice. All garbage removal is the responsibility of the Licensee and is typically handled, at your request, by the caterer. Certificates of insurance naming a) The Old Field Vineyards and (b) Christian F. Baiz and Rosamond Phelps Baiz as additional insured are required from the Licensees and all vendors coming on the property for $1,000,000.00, $2,000,000.00 in the aggregate. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your site fee is due at the contract signing. The other half is due thirty days prior to the event, accompanied with a $1500.00 Security Deposit.

The Pellegrini Vineyards have rich and green rolling hills that showcase their fine wines and the grapes that started the whole transaction. At Pellegrini, you can arrange to have your wedding with the vineyards as the backdrop. Wines at Pellegrini include their Cabernet Sauvignon from 2001 and 2002 or their 2001 Merlot that can be paired well with a spring wedding or a weekend tasting event. Cheese goes best with wine and at Pellegrini, they have that covered too. The Private Great Room can be your host to wine and cheese parties, bridal showers, or you can sit beneath the stars and sip your wine of choice. Pellegrini weddings are held throughout the year. There is room for caterers and entertainment, modern electric service, and an open floor plan that allows for various table sizes and setups, bands and dj’s. At 1,500 square feet, smaller functions can be accommodated directly in the barn while the use of a tent supplements the barn for larger events. The Naugles Barn has been featured in Style Me Pretty, Rustic Wedding Chic, TLC’s “Secret Wedding” show, Edible East End and Well Wed Magazine and is the perfect choice for people seeking an authentic and memorable event experience. FEES All fees directly support the not-for-profit mission of Hallockville Museum Farm, and the upkeep of 19 historic buildings here on the 28-acre museum campus. The Fine Print & General Policies Only one event can be accommodated in the Naugles Barn at a time and availability is subject to Hallockville’s public event schedule. A site fee is provided in person during your scheduled visit or over the phone once we have had a chance to discuss the particulars of your event. A non-refundable 50% site fee deposit is required at time of reservation along with an additional security deposit. The balance of the rental fee is due in installments leading up to your event date. The security deposit, less any costs subtracted to cover damage or other losses to the facility, will be returned promptly after the event. All renters must obtain a Comprehensive General Liability policy that names Hallockville as an Additional Insured with coverage limits specified in the contract agreement between Hallockville and the renter. The renter will provide a Certificate of Insurance at least 30 days prior to the event. The renter’s caterer will also need to provide a Certificate of Insurance. Self-service of alcoholic beverages is not permitted. Only fully insured caterers or beverage vendors with a liquor license from the NYS Liquor Authority, are permitted to bring and serve alcoholic beverages on site. At your event, all alcoholic beverages must be served by a professionally-trained and TIPS and/or ATAP-certified bartender. The renter is responsible for obtaining any other permits (e. g., tent) that are required for the event. The museum is located in Riverhead Town, which does require the filing of tent permits through it’s Fire Marshal’s office.
