The Powelton Club is a private country club established in 1882 in Balmville, New York, set on a 100-acre property overlooking the Hudson River and the Hudson Highlands, approximately 50 miles north of New York City. Founded as the Powelton Lawn Tennis Club and a charter member of the United States Lawn Tennis Association, the club has been welcoming members and their guests for more than 140 years. The current clubhouse — a red brick building designed by Francis Abreu and completed in 1930 — serves as the setting for weddings, private celebrations, corporate gatherings, and nonprofit events. The club hosts one wedding per day, and all events are available to members and member-sponsored clients. The Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame occupies a historic 1913 Tudor-style stable in downtown Goshen, New York — a town known as "The Cradle of the Trotter." Haughton Hall, the museum's primary event space, accommodates up to 125 guests indoors and opens to an adjacent patio, courtyard, and lawn for larger celebrations. The venue hosts a full range of private events, from weddings and bar and bat mitzvahs to corporate conferences, fundraisers, and family reunions. Ten approved caterers serve the venue, nine of whom hold liquor licenses for alcohol service. Standard rentals include tables, chairs, a screen, podium, microphone, and two hours of setup time. The museum is wheelchair accessible and sits on Main Street in downtown Goshen, one hour from Manhattan and minutes from Route 17.

The Hill at Wright's Farm is situated on a 450-acre working farm in the center of the Hudson Valley, New York, and is surrounded by fresh peach trees in the summer and Mutsu, Mac, and Cortland apple trees in the fall. The Shawangunk Mountain Ridge serves as the backdrop to this landmark, and the view from there is so spectacular that the fields surrounding The Hill were kept unplanted in order to preserve the scenic grandeur of the surrounding area. In addition to the already noticeable attraction, the natural aroma of the peach flowers and apple blooms enhances the experience. The Hill got its start in 2014, when our daughter made the decision to have her wedding “on top of the hill.” The rest is history. Because of the site's allure, making the decision to use it was a straightforward process. Plans were drawn up to construct a terrace that would overlook the Shawangunk Mountain Ridge. The patio is enclosed by a split-rail fence, which is ideal for accommodating all of the event's guests. Whether it is in the afternoon or at night, the sky surrounding The Hill stretches for miles in every direction, and the sunsets are impossible to capture with a digital camera. Limoncello at The Orange Inn is a fine-dining Italian restaurant and event venue housed in a historic building in Goshen, New York. Originally constructed in the 1700s, the structure served across the centuries as a courthouse, post office, and inn — hosting notable guests including George Washington and James Cagney. Limoncello has occupied this storied building for nearly a decade, bringing contemporary Italian hospitality into a setting shaped by centuries of local history. Three private dining areas — the Main Dining Room, the Blue Room, and the Conference Room — accommodate gatherings ranging from 20 to 100 guests, alongside a fully stocked bar and outdoor patio seating. The kitchen offers both onsite and offsite catering. The adjoining boutique hotel, The Orange Inn, provides overnight accommodations for guests traveling from outside the area.

The Pavilion on the Hudson is a covered outdoor event venue on the Poughkeepsie waterfront, managed by the Mid-Hudson Discovery Museum, a private nonprofit organization. Positioned closer to the Hudson River than any other private venue in the area, the space combines an open-air setting with the practicality of indoor restroom facilities and dedicated onsite parking. The Pavilion accommodates a wide range of private events, from wedding ceremonies and receptions to fundraising galas, corporate gatherings, family and school reunions, bar and bat mitzvahs, graduation celebrations, bridal and baby showers, annual picnics, quinceañeras, and sweet sixteen parties. Groups are welcome to use the scenic riverfront backdrop as a canvas for their own vision.

The Woodlea Clubhouse was once a Vanderbilt Mansion that was constructed in 1892 and held by Colonel Elliot Fitch Shephard. Colonel Shephard was the founder of the New York Bar Association as well as the proprietor of the journal Mail and Express. 1910 saw the purchase of the mansion by Frank Vanderlip and William Rockefeller. The following year, 1911, saw the establishment of the Sleepy Hollow Country Club by a board of directors that included John Jacob Astor IV, Cornelius Vanderbilt III, Edward Julius Berwind, and a number of other notable individuals. The Sleepy Hollow Country Club has seen several improvements and transformations throughout the course of its history, propelling it to the position of being one of the best-rated golf courses and country clubs not only in New York, but also in the United States. Union Vale Estate is a wedding and event venue set on a 100-acre wooded property in LaGrangeville, New York, in the Hudson Valley. Adjacent to The Links at Union Vale Golf Course, the estate has been hosting weddings, receptions, corporate events, galas, and social gatherings since 2001. The venue emphasizes intimate celebrations supported by attentive full-service coordination — from concept development and vendor selection through day-of management. A preferred vendor list of caterers, DJs, and photographers familiar with the property helps streamline planning, and outside vendors are welcome within the estate's guidelines. A bridal suite with a private bathroom is available for wedding parties. Basic audio/visual equipment is on-site; the events team recommends professional AV companies for more complex technical needs. The greenhouse is structurally tied into an adjoining 2,000-square-foot barn, which serves as a multi-use event space with a bar and five bathrooms, as well as the lobby for The Greenhouses hotel—with white walls, modern sconces, and wood floors.
