Lee & Gordon's Mills is a historic event venue set beside the West Chickamauga Creek in Chickamauga, Georgia, about twenty minutes south of Chattanooga. The original gristmill on the property dates to 1836, making it one of the oldest in Georgia and a listing on the National Register of Historic Places. In 2015, the property opened its doors as a distinctive rustic backdrop for weddings and special events. The centerpiece event space is the Wallace Building, an all-wood structure with a log cabin aesthetic and a complete wrap-around porch that seats up to 90 guests for sit-down dinners or accommodates up to 120 in a theater arrangement. Interior details throughout the property reflect the mill's working history — hundred-year-old wooden beams, antique bottles hung from the rafters, ceiling fans running on a pulley system, antique furniture, and a handmade bar give the space genuine character rather than manufactured charm. Guests and couples enjoy the freedom to select their ceremony and reception location on the grounds, with the sounds of the creek flowing over the handcrafted rustic dam as a natural backdrop. Outside vendors are welcome, and the property is suited to weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement sessions, holiday parties, and corporate gatherings alike.

Construction on the park began in 2006, and it opened to the public in December 2010; a preserved historic bunker on the grounds is one of several reminders of the site's past. Visitors regularly spot deer and beaver along the trails, and the "Barks and Tails" area gives leashed dogs their own place to roam. For gatherings, the park's Visitor Center houses the ESNP Meeting Room, an indoor space that seats up to 40 with an attached kitchen and a built-in projector and drop-down screen, suited to meetings, trainings, and small private events. Rangers on-site support visitor services and occasional interpretive programming, and the park also offers single- and multi-day equipment rentals alongside its four picnic areas for casual outdoor gatherings.

The estate includes three distinct structures: the Celebration Barn for receptions and large gatherings, Peacock Hall (an Italianate farm home with a full catering kitchen, multiple getting-ready rooms, and a gathering hall with natural lighting), and a Carriage House with an outdoor patio and fire pit. The venue accommodates up to 250 seated guests in the Celebration Barn and offers on-site overnight accommodations for up to 43, including two treehouses, America's First Idea House, and The Bellewood Lodge.
