RiverWinds Community Center is a multi-purpose recreation and events facility in West Deptford, New Jersey, situated along a cove of the Delaware River. Its 3,400-square-foot Community Room pairs comfort with natural surroundings — wooden floors with carpeted borders, a color-neutral interior that adapts to any theme, and an outdoor verandah offering views of the Philadelphia skyline across the water. The room divides into three independently rentable sections, each fitted with a sink and countertop, making it workable for gatherings of varied sizes. An on-site kitchen stocked with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and ice machine supports catered events. The space suits a range of occasions: rehearsal dinners, baby and bridal showers, graduation parties, anniversary celebrations, memorial gatherings, business meetings, conventions, and fundraisers. RiverWinds Community Center is open to both West Deptford residents and non-residents, and its rentals team is available to arrange tours and provide custom quotes.

The Delaware City Fire Company has served Delaware City and the surrounding region since its founding in 1887, growing from a volunteer organization into a combination fire and EMS department that operates around the clock. Alongside its emergency services mission, the fire company makes its hall available for private events, offering a community-rooted setting for receptions, banquets, parties, and meetings. Rentals are structured as five-hour events, with flexible options that include in-house catering through the Ladies Auxiliary — featuring a full menu of entrees, sides, and desserts — or the choice to bring an outside caterer. Bar services can be arranged in several configurations, from a full open bar to cash bar options. A hall manager is available to coordinate bookings and walk prospective clients through rental agreements tailored to each catering arrangement.

The Figure 8 Barn sits on the grounds of Bellevue State Park, a 271-acre former DuPont family estate tucked into suburban Wilmington, Delaware. The barn takes its name from its distinctive hourglass shape — an architectural curiosity designed by William du Pont, Jr. as an indoor horse training facility for the family's equestrian interests. Delaware acquired the estate in 1976, and the barn has since become one of the region's most flexible large-event venues. The barn's 32,000 square feet of open space can accommodate more than 3,000 guests and can be divided for more intimate gatherings. A raised dance floor and stage anchor the main floor, while large bay doors provide easy access for oversized equipment, themed installations, and trade show displays. A long hallway running through the structure offers a blank canvas for creative décor. The Figure 8 Barn hosts weddings, festivals, trade shows, conferences, reunions, and celebrations of all types.

Buena Vista is a Greek Revival estate in New Castle, Delaware, built between 1845 and 1847 by Delaware statesman John Middleton Clayton. The property changed hands through several prominent Delaware families before C. Douglass Buck — a former governor of Delaware — and his wife Alice Hounsfield du Pont undertook significant renovations in the 1930s, adding a large library wing. The Buck family donated the estate to the State of Delaware in 1965, and it is now administered by the Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs as a conference and event center. The mansion's first and second floors comprise more than a dozen named rooms — including the Buck Library, Dining Room, DuPont Room, Douglass Room, and several private studies — each configurable for formal or casual use. An outdoor Pole Shed on the grounds expands the venue's capacity for larger gatherings. For events with 80 to 250 attendees, the entire estate — all rooms on both floors, the kitchen, and the surrounding grounds — can be reserved exclusively. Buena Vista works with any licensed and insured caterer, giving event organizers flexibility in food and beverage service. Building-wide Wi-Fi, digital projectors and screens, flip charts, and easels are available throughout. The estate hosts receptions, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, corporate meetings, trainings, and retreats.

Citizens Bank Park, home of the Philadelphia Phillies, hosts private events ranging from corporate gatherings and galas to weddings, holiday parties, and fundraisers. The ballpark offers a mix of climate-controlled, upscale spaces — including the Diamond Club, the Cadillac Hall of Fame Club, the Executive Dining Room, and the Draft Room — alongside open-air options such as the Main Concourse, Harry the K's, and Ashburn Alley. The Diamond Club sits behind home plate and combines a traditional ballpark feel with contemporary murals by Philadelphia artist Dane Tilghman, terrazzo flooring, and leather banquettes, along with a patio overlooking the field and built-in audiovisual equipment. The Cadillac Hall of Fame Club, located along the infield on the second level, offers views of both Center City Philadelphia and the playing field, with outdoor decks and audiovisual options. Event hosts can arrange behind-the-scenes tours of the press area, locker rooms, underground batting cages, and the Phillies dugout, and catering is provided in partnership with Aramark.
