Over the years, the building has housed a variety of businesses including a restaurants, bar, art gallery, travel agency, deli, and grocery store. During the late 1800s the W. H. S. Fuchs Dry Goods was housed in the building and offered the largest grocery store in three counties. Some features include exposed heart-of-pine beams, hardwood floors throughout, and enormous bay windows with views of South Front Street.
