Encore Wynwood is a 3,250 sq ft indoor event space on NW 25th Street just east of 5th Avenue, on the same block as Wynwood Walls and the Museum of Graffiti. The room is a clean white box - 65' x 42', with a 42' x 48' fully open floor - so you can build whatever you want without fighting the space. Capacity is 200 standing, 120 seated. Included in every booking: - House sound system (Electro-Voice tops and subs, Allen & Heath digital mixer, 2 wireless mics, XLR wall plates around the room) - Pioneer XDJ-RX3 for walk-in music, plus a DJ input for your own DJ - Two video walls: a 182" main wall made of four 85" screens, and a second wall on the face of the tech block - LED ceiling lighting - A movable 5' x 5' digital cube - Covered entrance portico and wet bar - On-site venue lead during your event - Private parking lot Available as add-ons: photo booth, table and chair rental, additional AV and lighting. Ice Palace Studios is a former ice plant built in the 1920s that has been turned into a film studio and production facility. The studio, which has a maximum capacity of 8,000 people, can accommodate a wide range of events, from concerts to charity dinners to trade exhibits and conventions. Because the stages are completely black, they are great for creating surroundings that are specifically built for the event, and they play an important part in helping producers achieve their branding objectives. This studio is located just west of South Beach, south of Wynwood, and north of Downtown Miami.
