A brand new 5,800 square foot space, “Suite Svn” is located on the 8th level of River Landing Shops in Miami. With an all white open format layout, it allows us to occupy up to 350+ standing guest. Our space includes meal prep area w/commercial refrigerator & counters for caterers, ADA compliant restrooms, floor to ceiling windows, and a skyline view of downtown Miami along the Miami River. Standard venue rentals include high boy and six-foot serving tables with fitted linen. Our rental packages (Silver, Gold, Platinum) includes a variety of items and services that fits your overall budget. We do not have a closed vendors list, however we do have a team of preferred and approved vendors ready to create the ultimate experience. For production rentals, you can choose to rent the space privately or shared. Our photography area is equipped with 10 foot backdrops, beauty dish, flash, small sets, and more.
