Built in 1908 by Edward Jenne, a German immigrant and Coupeville resident, the Jenne Farm cluster took shape as a house, barn, summer kitchen, workshop, and granary, all raised from a single barge-load of wood. Jenne grazed sheep and worked some of the highest per-acre wheat yields of his era on the land. The farm later passed out of the family, and in 2000 new owners purchased the property with the goal of preserving it as a working farm; by December 2002, Jenne Farm had become part of Ebey's Landing National Historic Reserve. Located one mile south of Coupeville and surrounded by 140 acres of crops, forest, and scrub, the property offers sweeping views of farmland, prairie, or water from every window and the wrap-around porch of the 1908 farmhouse. The grounds accommodate outdoor weddings and reunions for up to 125 guests, and the farmhouse itself — with four large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, fireplace room, and parlor — is available for multi-night wedding weekend stays as well as shorter vacation getaways.

Along 200 private acres of waterfront on Discovery Bay, between Sequim and Port Townsend on the Olympic Peninsula, orchards heavy with fruit and gardens give way to koi ponds shaded by weeping willows, lavender fields, and forested trails that lead down to private beach and lagoon access. Troll Haven, also known as Bandy Farms, is a working organic farm and event property that hosts weddings, gatherings, reunions, and retreats across these grounds, where animals roam freely and orchards yield apples, pears, figs, cherries, and other fruit sold seasonally from August through November. At the center of the property sits the Antique Barn Reception Hall, a fully modernized event space that pairs a casual, timber-framed atmosphere — exposed wood, massive beams, and a collection of antiques and artwork — with a powerful sound system and room for dancing. It seats up to 150 guests and holds a maximum capacity of 200, with an on-site kitchen, bridal suite, and groom's saloon supporting the reception. Couples can also exchange vows outdoors among the orchards, lavender fields, or along the waterfront backdrop of Discovery Bay before returning to the barn to celebrate. Guests who want to extend their stay can book one of four vacation rental homes on the property — the Gate Keeper's Castle, the Lodge House, Gardiner Beach Cottage, and Dragon's Keep — making Troll Haven a destination for events that stretch beyond a single day.
