The Rangeley Inn & Tavern is the last surviving grand hotel from the era when Maine's Rangeley Lakes Region drew wealthy visitors by train from Boston, New York, and Philadelphia. The main section of the historic inn was constructed in 1907–1909, with additional wings taking shape through the 1940s — a layered architectural history that gives the property its distinct character. Set in the heart of downtown Rangeley on the shores of Haley Pond, with mountain views stretching in every direction, the inn remains a working piece of Maine's lake and mountain resort heritage. For private events, the inn accommodates gatherings of up to 100–150 guests depending on event format. The property's event spaces include the Dining Room, with its tin ceilings and picture windows; the Rangeley Tavern, a historic bar and lounge anchored by a large stone fireplace; and The Pavilion, an outdoor gathering space that overlooks Haley Pond. On-site lodging — with 46 to 61 rooms available for block reservations — makes the inn well suited for destination weddings and multi-day retreats. The inn's in-house team provides catering and beverage service for all events.

49 Franklin Reception Hall & Mystic Theater occupies a restored Methodist church on Franklin Street in Rumford, Maine, renovated by owners Scot and Cindy Grassette and opened for events in 2010. The building's original character — cathedral ceilings, stained glass windows, and open architecture — is preserved throughout. The venue operates two distinct event spaces: the Reception Hall on the first level, suited for receptions and private gatherings, and the Mystic Theater on the upper level, which doubles as an intimate performance and event space. Both levels are ADA accessible. In-house catering is provided through Grapevine Catering, with flexible buffet menus and a minimum of 30 guests. Scot and Cindy bring more than two decades of experience in event entertainment and DJ services, and coordinate venue, catering, and entertainment as a single package.
