The Olson Mansion is one of the Northwest's most beautiful wedding locations, thanks to its beautiful gardens, breathtaking mountain background, and unique position in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. The Olson Mansion property, located in Maple Valley, Washington, is a 44-acre venue. An indoor or outdoor wedding at this historic monument will be unforgettable! Unique in its beauty and elegance, it is a one-of-a-kind setting for any occasion. An impressive 10,500 square foot home with a large parlour room, bridal suite, groom's room, and a wraparound deck with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. In addition, there is a newly rebuilt rustic barn that has been finished on both the exterior and the interior, and is clad in cedar siding. The Mansion, which was completed in 1906, has a total floor area of 10,500 square feet. There is a whole floor dedicated to a wedding suite and bridal party room, which is ideal for getting ready for and documenting your important day. In addition to a designated Groom's Quarters that's excellent for the males, the main floor has enough of space for immediate family to congregate and get ready in. While this barn was previously a working dairy barn when it was built in 1907, it was totally renovated in 2013 and is now the home of New Community Church as well as a rustic and exquisite wedding location. The Barn can accommodate 300 guests for a ceremony and 200 guests for a reception. It features a raised stage, toilets, heat, and air conditioning. We can't wait to show you everything!

Mount Rainier rises across the water while a mid-century lodge holds the shoreline of Lake Wilderness. Built in 1950 by the Seattle architectural firm Young & Richardson, Carlston & Detlie, the lodge earned an American Institute of Architects honor and a Washington State Design Award in 1952 for the way it steps into its sloped, lakefront site. The building traces back further still: an early-1900s homestead farm that the Jacobsen family opened to hunters and anglers grew into a trio of resorts through the 1920s, and by 1939 the expanded Gaffney's Grove drew as many as 9,000 visitors a day for baseball, tennis, a skating rink, and swimming beaches. King County designated the lodge a landmark in 1997 for its postwar Northwest architecture, and it took its current name in 2003. Today the lodge hosts up to 220 guests across its main floor, mezzanine, and lower level, with a warming kitchen, two changing rooms, a courtyard balcony, a covered patio, and a lawn included in the rental. A 12-by-12 dance floor, a sound system with Bluetooth and HDMI inputs, and wireless microphones come with the space. Renters bring their own caterer or self-cater, since the kitchen is licensed for warming and cold prep only. Weddings, receptions, banquets, and corporate gatherings all fill the calendar here, on grounds that have drawn crowds to this lakeshore since long before the lodge itself was built.

Our recently refurbished 4000 square foot barn can be modified for large or small receptions or other events, and a pavilion surrounded by calm gardens and meadows makes for a beautiful location for your wedding ceremony, outdoor reception, or special gathering. Evening gatherings are always popular around the campfire pit, and our cabana bar allows for a more personal setting. Rein Fire Ranch's crew is dedicated to making your wedding day fantasies come true, whether it's big or little, casual or formal. Everything you'll need for your big day is included in our base rental package. The outside meadows, ceremony pavilion, cabana bar, bonfire pit, and inside reception barn are all included in your 12-hour rental. 2 parking attendants, seats and tables for up to 225 guests, full build up and break down, recycling and rubbish, and a bonfire, all set up and managed by the RFR team, are all included (weather permitting). You can bring in any licensed caterer you choose because we have an open catering list.
