Our patio has heated floors as well as a retractable awning and weather-proof roof, making it ideal for hosting a beautiful event in any season. Private Dining Room "Indigo" can accommodate up to 30 people for a seated dinner and 40 people for a cocktail reception. South Patio: seating for up to 60 people for dinner and up to 80 people for a cocktail reception The entire patio can accommodate up to 120 people for a seated dinner and 160 people for a cocktail reception. The entire restaurant can accommodate up to 160 people for a seated dinner and 250 people for a cocktail reception. We have multi-course menus ranging from $85 to $125 per person, plus beverages. For larger events, a restaurant buyout requires a food and beverage minimum of $17,500 - $25,000 (plus service charge and sales tax), with the amount varying depending on the season, the size of the party, and the day of the week. A Friday rehearsal dinner or a Saturday wedding (in the late spring or early fall) are both very popular choices for couples. Our guests are not charged any room fees, location fees, or rental fees for any of the services that a restaurant would normally provide. Valet parking is available for a fee of $10 per car. This private estate, built in the 1920s, is a photographer's dream, as it has been utilized for a variety of filming productions. Overview Despite being only two stories tall and dwarfed by its surroundings, this dazzling black-and-gold terra cotta building with zigzag modern ornamentation commands attention despite its small size. Morgan, Walls, and Clements, one of the oldest continuously operating architectural firms on the West Coast and a driving force in the development of various forms of revival and moderne architecture in Los Angeles, designed the building. A notable feature of the structure is that it is one of the city's last remaining black-and-gold Art Deco structures, and that it is a scaled-down version of the firm's downtown Richfield building (built in 1928; demolished in 1968). It was originally constructed as a neighborhood branch bank, and it served in this capacity until 1970. The building was originally used as a restaurant/nightclub, and it was later converted into a Christian center. After years of disrepair, the building was beautifully restored and converted into short- and long-term creative office space for rent. It is also available for private parties and special events.

The Wilshire Screening Room and Art Gallery is a private event and screening facility located at 8670 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, California. Part of the Screening Services Group — ranked highest in Variety's "Small is Beautiful" — the venue combines a professional-grade cinema with an adjacent art gallery curated by Husar Fine Art, offering a distinctive setting for film events, receptions, and private gatherings. The screening room seats 49 to 50 guests in a dedicated theater with a 9'3" by 18'7" screen, stadium-style rows spaced six feet apart, Dolby Atmos audio, and 2K and 4K Christie DLP projection supporting 2D and 3D formats. The space is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Alongside the cinema, the art gallery — with its hardwood floors, track lighting, and rotating exhibitions — accommodates receptions and stand-alone events, with tables and chairs included in the rental. Underground parking is available in the building, and free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the facility.

Allies Creator Studio is a raw industrial boutique space located in South Park, Downtown Los Angeles, blocks from LA Live, the Fashion District, and Gallery Row. Founded by Felix Arguelles and Tanya Arguelles, the studio was designed as a creative hub for independent artists, startups, and corporate teams seeking an alternative to conventional event venues. The 3,000-square-foot space features a 25-foot ceiling height, a 13-foot storefront window with natural light and blackout capability, a fully functional kitchen, makeup and changing areas, and ground-floor access with an active driveway for easy load-in and load-out. WiFi, heating and air conditioning, and a sound system are included with bookings. The studio hosts corporate events, product launches, workshops, pop-up shops, photography and film productions, and private celebrations. From concept through completion, the Allies team works with clients to plan and execute events across all of these formats.
