A wide range of activities, including wedding receptions, concerts, talks, conferences, and meetings, are held in our Main Sanctuary for the benefit of the entire community. The majestic and well-known dome of the Temple crowns the building's soaring interior. The chandeliers in black and gold, as well as the two gorgeous stained glass windows that shine on either side of the room, provide a soft glow to the space. The Martin Meyer Sanctuary is located adjacent to the Main Sanctuary. This facility, which is popular for wedding ceremonies, musical events, and lectures, is equipped with a state-of-the-art sound system, a theatrical lighting system, and acoustics that are well regarded. Weddings Congregation Emanu-El is committed to making each wedding an authentic reflection of your Jewish religion and dedication to one another. We aim to achieve this goal with every wedding. In the sacred places of our Main and Martin Meyer Sanctuaries, we welcome people of all Jewish faiths and denominations to worship. All of the couples meet with the rabbi or cantor of their choosing to discuss the ritual and significance of the construction of a Jewish home in general. No matter what your religious affiliation, our rabbis and cantor are available to officiate at weddings for Jewish and interfaith couples of either gender. Interfaith couples must agree to meet the Temple's requirements for interfaith marriage before the ceremony can take place.

A Unique Space for You For your next private event, Magnolia Brewing has a number of alternatives. We have a laid-back, fun-loving environment with a heavy emphasis on service. Beer Garden Our semi-private Indoor Beer Garden features 5 picnic tables as well as our distinctive bleacher seating. This facility can host standing receptions, buffets, and family-style dinners. A big three-by-three-by-nine-screen video wall is also available. Beer Garden Picnic Table With bleacher seats and picnic tables, it is in our Indoor Beer Garden. Small happy hours and company mixers can be held at individual picnic tables. Depending on your demands, reserve one, two, or three. Brewers Deck Our semi-private Brewers Deck is located next to our 30-barrel brewery. In this space, we can accommodate seated dinners, buffets, and standing gatherings. There is a private entrance, bar, and restrooms in this room. Over the bar, there are two 55-inch televisions and a 20-foot-long LCD projector. In Magnolia Hall, we also offer partial and complete buyouts, as well as smaller Lounge Bay events. Lounge Bays in Magnolia Hall Magnolia Hall can also handle a number of other events. We offer four Lounge Bays that can be divided or combined to meet different reception sizes. Kölsch Bay Magnolia Hall's main door is where you will find this. Foreign Cinema offers a variety of private dining options for groups of up to 350 people, ranging from small hors d'oeuvres and cocktails to huge, formal seated dinners. Our chefs tailor each menu, incorporating sustainable, seasonal, and market availability into the meal while also taking into consideration the guests' specific preferences and the restaurant's exceptional style of globally-inspired food. Our newest event area is located on the second floor. This quaint spot, located just past the Courtyard, is decorated with an Amate-style bespoke mural by Jet Martinez and designer floor tiles, among other things. This is a picture-perfect location for your next party, made even more appealing by the addition of café lights and heating. From April through October, we are available. In collaboration with acclaimed international art dealer Martin Muller of Modernism Inc. in San Francisco, Foreign Cinema presents Modernism West, an exclusive and one-of-a-kind private dining gallery featuring evolving, curated international artwork, a modern sound audio/visual system, a built-in bar, 18-foot-high ceilings, skylights, and a wall of windows with an electronic shading system. Shin Dig Sonoma is a 2.5-acre private estate nestled in rural West Petaluma, in the heart of Sonoma County's wine country. Founded by Stephanie and Shlomo Franco — seasoned hospitality professionals who relocated from San Francisco in 2020 — the property was thoughtfully transformed over four years through extensive landscaping and construction: more than 70 trees were relocated, a new pool was built, and a 1,200-square-foot covered pavilion was added, surrounded by over 80 flourishing olive, citrus, fig, and fruit trees. The estate offers four distinct outdoor areas suited for weddings, milestone celebrations, and corporate retreats: an intimate olive grove, a spacious willow lawn adjacent to the pool, an open-air pool deck, and a modern-farmhouse pavilion with a full kitchen. Mills College, located in the foothills of Oakland, California, on the east bank of the San Francisco Bay, provides a stunning setting for weddings and wedding receptions, as well as community activities and conferences. The Mills College Chapel provides a serene and unique venue in which to commemorate life's milestones. The Chapel is made of warm cedar and rough-brushed aggregate, with leaf-dappled sunshine streaming in through glass doors that open onto outdoor patios, bringing it to life. A sculptural backdrop is provided by a stunning brushed stainless steel pipe organ. The Chapel is a spherical structure designed by Callister and Payne and completed in 1967. The emphasis is drawn to a center slightly raised altar by four curving redwood pews. Behind the gorgeous pipe organ is a little choir loft. Reinhardt Alumnae House, located in a tree grove in a quiet portion of the Mills College campus, can be rented for wedding receptions, meetings, birthday celebrations, and other special occasions. Its tranquil environment will ensure that your occasion is remembered.
