TSR is an upscale banquet hall venue; every inch of this breathtaking space was designed to encapsulate the glamorous life. If you are looking for a space that will wow your guests, this is the place to be. The space is over 6000 sq ft, has a private foyer, spacious ballroom, private suite, large kitchenette for catering, private coat room and more. This is a modular space that can be transformed to suit any special event from weddings, anniversaries, birthday's, or corporate events. If you don't need that much space, we offer our large foyer as a separate space for intimate events & meetings. TSR has 11 bathroom stalls, including ADA and a family room designed for women with children. The bathrooms have plenty of lighting, large bowl sinks and waterfall faucets. This space has everything you need from 72 inch round tables, 8 ft rectangular tables, standard black chair or clear chiavari seating. We have five 80 inch tv's for your viewing pleasure, a 12x12 dance floor, pipe and drape backdrops and more.

It is able to fit 3 bouncy houses, tables and chairs for events, boxing arenas, and more. We have 3 restrooms, a kitchen area, and a common area where luncheons can be had. This place is perfect for birthday parties, tournaments, and more. Bonus: A loft is available that overlooks the entire area in skybox form. We also have a common area that covers the remaining space that is available for rental as well.

The property grew out of a landscaping business founded in 1992 by Frankfort residents Chuck JaBaay and Dean Vaundry, who transformed their warehouse property into an event destination after hosting a fundraiser for the National Association for Down Syndrome that grew from 250 to 1,200 attendees over 13 years. Briar Ridge Country Club is a private club in Schererville, Indiana, established in 1980 and set along a 27-hole championship golf course. The club's private events program accommodates up to 225 guests across a collection of distinct event spaces, each offering views of the golf course. The Main Ballroom hosts up to 150 guests with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to outdoor space for ceremonies or cocktail hours. The St. Andrews Ballroom serves more intimate gatherings of up to 70 guests, while The Hart Room — renovated in 2023 with hardwood floors, chandeliers, and skylights — accommodates up to 75. A dedicated bridal suite supports pre-ceremony preparation. The culinary team provides in-house catering with personalized menus, and the events staff assists with floor plan customization and day-of coordination.
