The Belvedere Estate, situated on more than 25 acres in Westchester County, is a one-of-a-kind property. The estate consists of a large house and many smaller structures scattered over the grounds, all of which include excellent historical elements from the 1920s. The Belvedere was once part of Philipsburg Manor, a 90,000-acre property and one of America's richest landholdings, and was built in the 1910s. Dr. Philip Gillette Cole bought it in 1928 and renamed it Zeeview. It was built by Florence and Casper Whitney and purchased by Dr. Philip Gillette Cole in 1928. The home at Zeeview looked out over the huge Hudson River and the "Tappan Zee" with ease. The Coles erected the Agora House and the Studio on the land and displayed their significant collection of American Western art, which was ultimately moved to the Gilcrease Museum in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The estate was purchased by Samuel Bronfman of the Seagrams Whiskey dynasty after Cole's death. After the Bronfmans' primary mansion in Toronto, the property was christened Belvedere. Belvedere became the headquarters of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification in 1972. Ari brings his catering and culinary experience to The Elan, bringing a fresh and innovative perspective to the table. When he was a student at the Berklee School of Music, he began working in the food and events sector, and eventually went on to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, the nation's premier culinary school. In the years after graduating from culinary school, he has honed his abilities by working under some of the world's most celebrated chefs, including Steven Starr (Buddakhan) and Rocco D'Spirito (Union Pacific). Ari's most recent position was as General Manager of Sterling Affair, a high-end New York City off-premise catering firm that counts among its clientele members of the Rockefeller family as well as Columbia and Fordham Universities. There, he honed his management and event planning abilities even further, bringing his distinct flair and exceptional service to each and every event he planned and managed while also gaining valuable experience. From event conception to execution, he supplied customers with his excellent attention to detail and committed personal service, ensuring that every element, from the cuisine to the décor and personnel, was completed to the highest standard. The Bronxville Women's Club, Inc. occupies the Anna Lawrence Bisland House, a 1928 landmark in Bronxville, New York. Founded in 1925 and listed on both the Westchester County Inventory of Historic Places and the National Register of Historic Places, the clubhouse has served as a community gathering place for nearly a century. The club's Ballroom — described as the only midsize hall in lower Westchester — accommodates up to 165 guests and features a stage, making it well suited for weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, concerts, and private celebrations. It opens directly onto an outdoor patio and garden with vintage street lights and a working waterfall. Captain Lawrence Brewing Co. is located in Westchester County, New York, only a short drive north of New York City, and is the region's largest craft brewery, producing more than 28,000 barrels of beer per year. Garden Vista Ballroom is a historic banquet facility in Passaic, New Jersey, originally built in 1922 as the home of the Passaic Elks Lodge. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005, the building was fully restored and reopened as an event venue in 2009, preserving its original architectural details — including a marble lobby, crystal chandeliers, gold leaf trim, soaring vaulted ceilings, and two grand staircases with original decorative gold railings. The main hall accommodates up to 170 guests and features a configurable dance floor and a baby grand piano.
