From our immediate Linden Hills neighborhood to our larger metro area and beyond, our aim is to provide a comfortable, creative environment to foster meaningful and lasting connections. Since 1975 we’ve been proud to call the Linden Hills neighborhood of south Minneapolis home. Our business has gone through several chapters of growth since then, and what used to be just a humble bottle shop in a defunct gas station has grown to include a foods business with a cut-to-order cheese counter, whole animal butcher shop, curated gourmet grocery, scratch deli, robust catering program, and a beautiful event space for classes and private events.​

Lucky Strike Brooklyn Park is an entertainment venue in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, featuring 48 bowling lanes alongside laser tag, an arcade, billiards, and a sports bar with a full food and beverage menu. The center accommodates private events across a range of occasions — from kids' birthday parties and teen celebrations to adult social gatherings, bachelorette parties, fundraisers, and corporate team-building events. Private lanes and event rooms are available for group reservations, with customizable packages that include shareable platters, chef-crafted entrées, cocktails, beer, and wine. For groups of 26 or more, a dedicated event planner coordinates the booking and event details. An online reservation system handles smaller parties of up to 25 guests directly.

The Neu Neu occupies a former elevator factory in Minneapolis's North Loop neighborhood, offering over 5,000 square feet of climate-controlled space anchored by exposed brick walls and an original timber beam ceiling. The industrial character of the building creates a strong aesthetic foundation that requires minimal additional décor for weddings, corporate events, photo and video productions, and private celebrations. The Main Studio and adjoining Green Room accommodate up to 150 seated guests or 200 for a cocktail-style reception, with a full complement of in-house furniture — round tables, wood farm tables, banquet tables, a movable bar, and lounge seating. A separate catering prep kitchen is available for approved caterers. On the second floor, the Natural Light Studio and the 3rd Street Studio serve as preparation suites and small gathering spaces, each hosting up to 20 seated or 30 for cocktail events. All spaces can be rented individually or combined for a full-venue buyout. Courtyard parking is on-site, and three covered parking ramps are within two blocks.

The Chambers Hotel has 12,546 square feet of contemporary event space, which includes a gallery with a blank canvas, a courtyard with a fire pit, and a rooftop lounge with floor to ceiling windows and sweeping city views. Our 3,000 square foot stunner of a space has floor to ceiling windows, a wraparound terrace overlooking Hennepin Avenue, and seating for up to 175 guests. The party starts with a full bar, programmable lighting, and stereo sound. A wonderful letter! Choose one or two rooms or combine all three named A, R, and T for a venue that spells fun for up to 175 people in our spacious, 1,560-square-foot indoor event space with 13-foot ceilings. This 6,120 square foot airy courtyard is a lush haven on Hennepin Avenue and has an outdoor bar and fire pit.
