Mayo Civic Center is a large-scale event facility in downtown Rochester, Minnesota, with nearly 200,000 square feet of multi-use space across a ballroom, arena, exhibit hall, auditorium, a historic presentation hall, and meeting suites. The center opened in 1939 as a gift from Dr. Charles H. Mayo and Mayo Properties Association — now Mayo Clinic — and has expanded through several additions, most recently a 2017 convention wing that added the current ballroom and 16 breakout rooms. The 38,586-square-foot Ballroom features a 32-foot ceiling, dimmable LED theatrical lighting, and panoramic views of the Zumbro River and downtown Rochester from the adjacent Ballroom Lobby. It accommodates up to 1,770 guests for a seated banquet dinner. The Exhibit Hall — southeastern Minnesota's largest exhibition space at 25,200 square feet — and the 25,000-square-foot Arena serve conventions, consumer shows, and large-format concerts and sporting events. The 1939 Dr. Charles H. Mayo Presentation Hall seats 1,084 and retains its original architecture alongside updated acoustics and lighting. Events are supported by an in-house culinary team, dedicated event managers, and on-site technical production staff. The facility connects via skyway to downtown hotels and offers on-site parking.

Villa Bellezza is a Tuscan-inspired winery and event venue set along the Great River Road in Pepin, Wisconsin, designed as a small Italian village complete with a central piazza, a stone fountain, and colonnaded porticos. Founded by Derick and Julianne Dahlen, the property pairs a working vineyard and winery with event spaces built in the same Old World style, from the two-story Sala Grande to the Roman-columned Vineyard Pavilion. The Sala Grande, or Great Hall, anchors the Villa with its 4,000-square-foot floor, vaulted wooden-truss ceiling, and interior balcony lined with arched windows, accommodating over 300 guests for receptions and dinners. Ceremonies are often held in the Vineyard Pavilion, a covered, temple-style structure surrounded by the estate's vines, while smaller gatherings can move to the Sala del Vino, a room set beside the winery's oak aging vats, or the below-ground Cellar Room. In-house catering comes from Il Forno, Villa Bellezza's brick-oven Italian restaurant, and the venue provides all alcohol and bar service for weddings, rehearsal dinners, and private events.

Here at Willow Brooke Farm, Karna is continuing her job as a venue manager.

Red Wing Golf Course is a public 18-hole, par-71 championship course set among majestic oaks and pines, dramatic elevation changes, and rugged sandstone bluffs in historic Red Wing, Minnesota — a course the community has enjoyed for over 110 years. Atop the clubhouse, The Skyroom is a newly renovated event venue overlooking the Hiawatha Valley. The space features a flexible open floor plan with high ceilings, a large skylight, and a wraparound deck offering panoramic views of oak trees, flowering gardens, and rolling hills. Two full-service bars, a private suite, an indoor fireplace, coat room, on-site parking, and a built-in sound system are all included in the rental package. Adjacent to the 18th green, The Walsh House — a historic home on the property — is available as additional accommodation for extended wedding weekends.

The venue offers nine distinct indoor and outdoor event spaces — from the 300-seat Visions Event Center to an intimate 30-guest Private Dining Room — suited to weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations of every scale. Divisible spaces such as the Visions Event Center feature soundproof Hufcor wall panels, an adjustable stage, a mobile dance floor, and a full A/V system.
