A uniform and linen factory transformed into a spacious event space. Since 1994, we have operated as a family-owned company. I grew up with my parents who owned and ran a uniform and linen firm that is still in business now. When they launched a linen rental business in downtown Chamblee in 2001, they catered to some of the most elite clientele in the greater Atlanta region. From Turner Field to Bacchanalia, we learnt all about the ins and outs of being gracious in the hospitality business. In 2016, we sold the company, and in 2017, we renamed the space Factory Atlanta to reflect the new ownership. Ideally, we would like to collaborate with people who have a clear picture in mind for their project, their special day, or their milestone event. The Showroom is 2400 square feet and can accommodate events of up to 100 people. The glass garage door provides views of the spectacular railroad lines in the back and has enough space to accommodate a truck or a car. A lasting impression on your guests will be created by the Showroom. The Factory Floor provides you with 5600 square feet of creative flexibility. As a company, we're in the business of providing people with what they want... and if that includes a massive private event room loaded with dozens of games and cool, tasty beer, then you've arrived at the perfect spot, my friend. As our event space has grown to accommodate up to 300 people, we've held a broad range of events, including corporate meetings, fundraisers, alumni gatherings, class reunions, wedding receptions, baby showers, and the list goes on and on! In addition to a three-vessel, 40 BBL brewhouse, 620 BBL of fermentation space, and 320 BBLs of brite beer storage, we have a 620 BBL of fermentation space. Clarification of all of our beers is accomplished with the help of a GEA centrifuge. Red Hare, like with a small number of other craft breweries, is fortunate in that it has a full-time biochemist and a fully equipped laboratory for quality control. We were the first craft brewery in Georgia to can its beer, and we were the first brewery in the world to use the evercan, an aluminum can with a high recycled content. With a 40-head filler and six-head seamer, our canning line is capable of packaging nearly 480 cases every hour (about 11,520 cans)! It is possible for us to process 50 BBLs of beer per day on our kegging line.

Tomo soon realized that his true passion lay in the kitchen and began his quest to become one of the worlds leading minds in the world of contemporary Japanese cuisine. Tomo's unique and extensive skills soon landed him in Las Vegas working in the famed Nobu. Here he was able to take his extensive skills to the next level by working the "omakase" station creating inspired tasting menus for the Vegas elite.
