Chai Pani is a Hindi phrase that translates as "tea with water." The phrase "a little something" refers to going out for a cup of tea, a nice nibble, a snack, or "a little something." It means inventive, exciting, inexpensive, and delectable Indian cuisine in Downtown Asheville (and now in Downtown Decatur, as well as other locations). Even the term "mindblasting" comes to mind when we think about it. Some of the greatest cuisine in any country can be found on the streets, and Chai Pani is home to chaat, which are crunchy, spicy, sweet, sour, and brilliantly colored Indian street snacks with a variety of flavors. For the simple reason that there is nothing more soothing and delectable in any culture than a home-cooked dinner, Chai Pani also offers thalis, which are traditional Indian family meals that showcase the country's incredible culinary diversity. Atlanta Contemporary, a leading contemporary art organization in the Southeast, is located in the city's historic Westside corridor. Our property includes a 30,000 square-foot old industrial warehouse with vast and adaptable event spaces and plenty of nearby parking, which was built in the 1920s. Guests are greeted by an urban pavilion, light-filled lobby, and lecture hall, which are just steps away from our galleries and special exhibitions, providing an artistic complement to your event. Our Pavilion, Studio Artist Courtyard, and Lecture Hall are all available for weddings and receptions. Outside, the open-air Pavilion, with its original building architecture and lots of room for your perfect ceremony setting, or the Studio Artist Courtyard, nestled among our artists' studios and natural flora, are both excellent options. Indoors, the Lecture Hall provides a blank canvas for minimalist feelings, or you can personalize it with décor. Echo Street West is a 19-acre development along the new Westside Beltline created by Lincoln Property Company. The development is a multi use space, which is set to include an open-air bar and dining experience, condos, a hotel, and an office space. Guardian Works is the Event Space at Echo Street West, will be a exclusive and unique offering in Atlanta’s events scene. The renovated 1908 brick and beam building features 8,000 square ft of double-height conditioned interior event space, 4,000 square ft of covered patio space, and an adjoining 10,000 square ft courtyard in front. The space is operated by Novare Events, Atlanta’s premier events company, and is sure to be a must-see venue for all kinds of gatherings including weddings, city wides, festivals, large cocktail, as well as others with the use of the entirety of the space. CAPACITY & RATES The maximum capacity of Guardian Works may vary from below as it is dependent on seating requirements, dance floor size, catering needs, and audio & visual needs. The 13,000-square foot event space can comfortably accommodate 1,200 guests. Depending on need, the space can be arranged from intimate weddings of 125-250 guests to cocktail style events of up to 1,200 attendees. BEVERAGE & CATERING For events held at Guardian Works, Novare Events provides full beverage service, including barware, glassware, and staffing. A complete overview of our beverage services is included in the rental information kit. For catering events at this space, Novare Events can connect you with the best catering companies in Atlanta. The Avondale Transit Station is about four minutes away, providing easy access to downtown Atlanta. & capacity This multifunctional wedding brewery allows couples to use the interior, outdoor, or both spaces. Each couple can invite up to 250 guests to their wedding when using both the Taproom and The Grove patios. The Taproom alone can hold 150 guests. The area is spacious, with high ceilings and lots of windows. The wood elements and Edison lighting make the space feel warm and inviting. Wooden barrels add to the rustic, industrial feel. This beautiful courthouse, located in Decatur, Georgia, just minutes away from Atlanta, serves as a spectacular backdrop for any historic event. With stunning arched windows and marble walls, the main event area is a sight to behold. A total of 150 guests may be accommodated at tables in the venue, which has lots of natural light and hardwood floors. A cocktail hour or a check-in area can be held in the lobby of the hotel. The Historic DeKalb Courthouse, which is located in Decatur, Georgia, only minutes away from Atlanta, is the ideal location for wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, fund-raisers, and other special events. You will have the perfect setting for your historic event with the marble walls and wonderfully arched windows. During all evening and weekend rentals, guests will have access to the Courtroom, Harrison Room, Lobby, Groom's Room, and Bridal Suite for a total of 8 hours. The first two hours are usually devoted to setup, while the last hour is devoted to cleaning. The remaining 5 hours can be utilized for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and/or reception, according on your preferences. The Bill Moore Student Success Center is a multi-use event facility situated in the heart of Midtown Atlanta on Georgia Tech's East Campus, comprising the west side of Bobby Dodd Stadium. The center offers a range of adaptable spaces for meetings, conferences, receptions, trade shows, corporate interviews, recruitment events, and private celebrations including weddings. The venue houses several distinct event areas, from the Clary Theater — a fixed-seat theater accommodating up to 140 guests — to flexible President's Suites that can be configured individually or combined to host up to 230 guests in theater-style seating or 160 at banquet rounds. The Press Rooms and Festival Suite round out the lineup for smaller gatherings and private events. Projectors with speakers are available in the spaces, and the center supports a variety of room layouts including theater, classroom, open U, reception, and banquet rounds. Georgia Tech's campus dining options, as well as the restaurants of Technology Square, are accessible to event guests nearby.
