Salvatore's Event & Conference Center occupies a renovated historic mill building on the Merrimack River in Lawrence, Massachusetts. The space draws on the building's original character — exposed brick, lumbered columns, expansive windows, and 40-foot ceilings — alongside modern amenities suited for private events. Four private rooms accommodate groups ranging from 25 to 500 guests for weddings, rehearsal dinners, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, anniversaries, reunions, fundraisers, and corporate meetings. A spacious deck overlooking the river provides a setting for cocktail hours, formal photographs, and sunset viewing. The Newburyport Senior/Community Center is a municipal community facility at 331 High Street in Newburyport, Massachusetts, available for private event rentals outside of its daytime senior programming hours. Managed by the city's Council on Aging, the center offers a range of flexible spaces suited to meetings, receptions, and private events of varying sizes. On the main floor, two Community Rooms — Room A and Room B — can be reserved individually or combined into a single larger space. A Dining Room with a professional-grade kitchen is available for catered gatherings, and the common lobby with a gas fireplace provides a welcoming setting for smaller receptions or registration areas. The second floor houses a Boardroom along with a Computer Room and Arts & Crafts Room that can be configured together or kept separate depending on the group's needs. The facility includes 98 on-site parking spaces. Event rentals are available Monday through Friday starting at 4:00 p.m. and all day Saturday and Sunday, with an on-site Events Coordinator available to support the booking and planning process.

The Phoenix Room occupies the entire third floor of a historic building in the heart of downtown Newburyport, Massachusetts. Recently restored to its Federal-era character, the space features a magnificent brass chandelier, original working fireplaces, hardwood floors, and thirteen six-foot-high windows that frame exceptional views of the surrounding historic district. A high arched ceiling and an abundance of natural light complete the setting. Suited to weddings, private parties, and corporate events, The Phoenix Room accommodates up to 120 guests for a plated dinner, 110 for a buffet, and 140 for a cocktail celebration. Catering is provided by Harborside Catering, the full-service team behind Michael's Harborside restaurant in Newburyport.

Ferncroft Country Club occupies 287 acres of gently rolling land in Middleton, Massachusetts, 16 miles north of downtown Boston. Founded in 1969 around an 18-hole championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., the club opens its clubhouse to non-members for private celebrations, offering four configurable event spaces complemented by in-house culinary service. The Jones Room accommodates up to 100 guests in a naturally lit space with wall-to-wall windows, an oak fireplace, and a large attached outdoor deck overlooking the course — well suited to seated dinners, cocktail receptions, and corporate meetings alike. The Robert Scott Room is the club's main ballroom, handling up to 300 guests for a reception and available as one expansive hall or divided into two smaller rooms for more intimate gatherings. Murphy's Taproom, an Irish Restaurant and Taproom, opened its doors in Manchester, New Hampshire, in April 2007. The Taproom, which has a casual, pub-like atmosphere, has 120 taps of draft beer, making it the largest selection in the state. Keith Murphy and his family have expanded the restaurant since opening, adding a separate room for functions and live music, a two-story deck with seating for over 350 people, and a popular diner next door that serves breakfast and lunch until 3 p.m. seven days a week. Residents of Bedford and proprietors Keith Murphy were on the lookout for the ideal location in which to open a second location in the city. Murphy's Restaurant in Bedford, New Hampshire, has been in business since July of this year.
