Dunsmuir Hellman Historic Estate occupies 50 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in a crescent-shaped valley near the southeastern edge of Oakland, California. At its heart stands a 37-room Neoclassical Revival mansion built in 1899, surrounded by sprawling lawns, duck-filled ponds, and gardens whose design was informed by John McLaren, the landscape architect best known for shaping San Francisco's Golden Gate Park. The estate is owned and operated by the City of Oakland's Parks, Recreation & Youth Development department and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Four distinct outdoor and indoor event spaces accommodate gatherings ranging from intimate ceremonies of 50 guests on the Mansion Veranda to receptions and corporate events of up to 200 guests in the Garden Pavilion. The estate is available for weddings, receptions, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, corporate retreats, seminars, and family reunions. Every event at the estate is supported by a reservations clerk who oversees planning details from booking through event day, with an on-site event coordinator present during the event itself.

Nick's Cove sits along the shores of Tomales Bay in Marshall, California — a historic coastal property with roots stretching back to 1931, when Nick and Frances Kojich converted a former herring curing facility into a waterfront gathering place serving travelers, fishermen, and sportsmen from across California. Today, the property preserves that original character while offering modern amenities, operating as a destination restaurant, lodging retreat, and private event venue along Highway One in West Marin. Four distinct indoor and outdoor spaces accommodate gatherings ranging from intimate private dining of 24 guests on the Waterfront Lounge patio to full-property buyouts of up to 120 guests, incorporating the entire restaurant and outdoor areas. The venue has long been described as one of the last remaining historic settlements still catering to the tourist trade on this stretch of coastline, with its bayfront piers, renovated cottages, and sweeping bay views setting the backdrop for weddings, corporate retreats, and special celebrations.
