The barn's wood floor is ideal for dancing, and it can be decorated in any way you like. In order to provide a change of pace The Trolley Barn, located only two miles east of Atlanta's central business center, is the ideal location for your corporate event or meeting. Large enough to separate into multiple regions for presentations, team-building exercises, break-out sessions, or anything else your firm is attempting to accomplish in this space. Located off the main hall is a vast bricked terrace, which serves as an architectural highlight of the structure. ​This historic property is located on the edges of Kirkwood and Edgewood. It’s been home to history, innovation, film projects and now your good times! Originally built in 1904 by Pratt Engineering, this location was used for the production of fertilizer bombs during WWI. Later it was used to develop and patent liquid carbonated gasses, which was then purchased by The Coca-Cola Company while it was still a start up. The Pullman Company Purchased the property in 1926, expanded it and gave it its iconic name. Pullman was renowned for luxurious rail travel across the country, and used the site to repair passenger and cargo cars. The Pullman company was also one of the largest employers of African American men during segregation: The Pullman Porters. These men formed the nation’s first African American labor union affiliated with the American Federation of Labor: Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters and Maids. Founded by civil rights activist A. Phillip Randolph, the union aimed to improve the working conditions and treatment of African American railroad porters and maids employed by the Pullman Company across the country. As travel by rails died down, the site was abandoned becoming a popular destination among not only local street artists, but as a filming location. In 2017, the site was purchased by Atomic Entertainment, who have redeveloped the site as an “entertainment destination of the south” serving as a creative and cultural focal point. This has ushered in a new era for the site with the advancement of film and television productions such as Hunger Games, Fast and Furious, Baby Driver and Bad Boys 3. Now that the Pullman Yards is open and operational, our aim is to bring fun, arts and culture to the neighborhood, the city of Atlanta and all its surrounding areas. Pullman is host to rotating exhibits, two on-site restaurants, and Emory’s Science Gallery.

Buena Vida Tapas & Sol is a restaurant and bar inspired by owners Juan Sebastian Calle and Adam Berlin's trips to the South of Spain. Inspirations from the hippie-chic enclaves of Ibiza to the markets of Andalusia are brought together in this unique concept on the Beltline in Atlanta's Historic Old Fourth Ward. The interior is designed with a beachy and breezy vibe to embody the feeling of visiting the southern Islands of Spain. Warm colors found from sandy beaches to the turquoise waters and green hillsides of Spain are introduced in the design to create a unique and relaxing dining experience. In 1947 Italian born Arcito Castellucci married Sophia Zavanlagos, a girl from Sparta, Greece. Shortly after their youngest and only son, Federico II was born. As a young immigrant family with a strong entreprenuerial spirit, they opened a little restaurant in Pawtucket, Rhode Island called Archie’s Tavern. Sophia had grown up in the restaurant business and knew it well. Arcito had the cooking ability and the personal touch with the guests, and thus the original seed of Sugo was sewn. Even as a young child, Federico II, worked alongside his father at Archie’s learning the ins and outs of the restaurant business. Not too long after Federico started his own family, he found himself moving down to Atlanta to open a new restaurant with his wife and children called Sugo. An inspiring blend of unique family style dishes and sincere hospitality with an absolute dedication to sourcing the best local and sustainable ingredients, Sugo is a tribute to those who came before us. Now Sugo is in the hands of the next generation.
