Building the first component of what would eventually become Naylor Hall for H.W. Proudfoot and his wife, Euphemia, in the 1840s, Barrington King designed it as a four-room clapboard house with a central fireplace, which was later expanded. Mr. Proudfoot was engaged as an accountant by Mr. King, the son of the city of Roswell's founder, in his recently constructed Roswell Mills facility. Colonel Harrison Broadwell acquired the property in the late 1930s and renamed it Naylor Hall in honor of his wife's family, which is still the name of the building today. Aside from that, he made a number of changes that may still be seen today, including the columns, carved woodwork, and a portico that wraps around the original structure. Naylor Hall is still making history today, well into the twenty-first century, with each and every event that takes place on Canton Street. Lady Naylor Hall, who is 170 years old and a southern beauty, has had her tummy tucked and her thighs tucked in order to greet the millennium. As a company, we're in the business of providing people with what they want... and if that includes a massive private event room loaded with dozens of games and cool, tasty beer, then you've arrived at the perfect spot, my friend. As our event space has grown to accommodate up to 300 people, we've held a broad range of events, including corporate meetings, fundraisers, alumni gatherings, class reunions, wedding receptions, baby showers, and the list goes on and on! In addition to a three-vessel, 40 BBL brewhouse, 620 BBL of fermentation space, and 320 BBLs of brite beer storage, we have a 620 BBL of fermentation space. Clarification of all of our beers is accomplished with the help of a GEA centrifuge. Red Hare, like with a small number of other craft breweries, is fortunate in that it has a full-time biochemist and a fully equipped laboratory for quality control. We were the first craft brewery in Georgia to can its beer, and we were the first brewery in the world to use the evercan, an aluminum can with a high recycled content. With a 40-head filler and six-head seamer, our canning line is capable of packaging nearly 480 cases every hour (about 11,520 cans)! It is possible for us to process 50 BBLs of beer per day on our kegging line.

For more than a decade, SweetWater Brewery has been brewing delicious beers in the heart of the South. We like to say at SweetWater that we're not here for a long time, but rather that we're here for a good time. It's not simply something we say, though; it's also how we conduct our lives. Remember, don't stray too far from the mainstream as we all find our way through life, and drink 'em if you got 'em. Our barrel aging program, which is based in The Woodlands, allows our brewers to make tiny batches of sour, funky, or otherwise excellent beers in limited amounts. With six 88-liter foeders (wooden fermenting pots) and hundreds of barrels loaded with everything from blackberry sours to Belgian-style ales maturing in tequila barrels, the Woodlands is just next door to the main production brewery at 195 Ottley Street in Atlanta. The casual classic, complete with a spacious outside terrace. Our original tasting room, which has developed alongside us, is crammed with SweetWater trinkets and memorabilia that celebrates 24 years of delicious brews. Outside, you'll find a large patio with plenty of space for both two- and four-legged friends, as well as a stage where you can catch some live music.
