Daniel Lyons Catering is located in the heart of downtown San Diego. Having graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Chef Daniel Lyons is a Master Chef in his own right. Chef Daniel Lyons completed his one-year European apprenticeship at the Hotel Europa in Lucerne, Switzerland, following graduation from the Culinary Institute of America. Chef Daniel returned to the United States after completing his culinary training in Europe, where he completed his three-year American apprenticeship at the Omni International Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. Oak Canyon Nature Center is a 58-acre natural park tucked into the Santa Ana foothills of Anaheim Hills, California, where three adjoining canyons meet in a landscape of oak woodland and coastal sage scrub. A year-round stream winds through the property, and four miles of hiking trails trace the ridgelines and canyon floors that surround the event area. The centerpiece for private events is the outdoor amphitheater, set among native coastal oaks and accommodating up to 200 guests for wedding ceremonies. Rentals include four hours of event time, a two-hour rehearsal, use of an on-site sound system, and access to indoor restrooms. The amphitheater features a built-in arch, stage, and tiered seating, framed entirely by natural landscape.
