When you and your guests arrive at our doorstep, a wide stairway from the main entrance leads you to a beautiful large room with a high, mid-century designed rounded ceiling. Floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean give you a breathtaking view as you cross the threshold onto our large outdoor deck to the spectacular views. Inside, the walls and beams are adorned with georgette chiffon, softly lit with tiny hidden white lights, giving you a magical feel. To complete the simple ambience, there are 3 beautiful hanging crystal chandeliers. ​This is just a backdrop to the look you want to create for your special event. Weddings At The Sunset Restaurant, you may have it all: a romantic atmosphere, exquisite cuisine, and friendly service. The Sunset, located against the Malibu hills just steps away from Zuma Beach, is a renovated classic beach cottage with a contemporary twist. Its two-story design, which includes enormous front windows facing the Pacific, allows the restaurant to be flooded with natural light and space. Right on the beach, you can exchange your wedding vows. As you make your way down the velon aisle, a gentle breeze lifts your veil a little. Sailing boats meander across the horizon, and the sound of the waves blends harmoniously with your accompanist's music to create an even more lovely environment. Your visitors are completely captivated, and the party has just just begun. Following that, your guests will be welcomed into your private outdoor lounge, where they will be served hors d'oeuvres and cocktails to get the party started. The restaurant parking lot can accommodate 200 seated guests and 300 standing visitors if it is tented. Our North Room (semi-private) accommodates 30 seated guests on the second floor. Our South Room (private) is located adjacent to the North Room and can accommodate up to 20 seated guests.

Stone Manor Estate & Gardens offers event spaces for your next celebration in Malibu, California. Stone Manor, located high in the Malibu hills, is a little closer to heaven than most places, and it boasts a view that is commensurate with its close proximity to Paradise. The estate, which sits in a secluded cove at the end of its own private road, commands sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, which stretches from Catalina Island to Santa Monica Bay. Moreover, while the panoramic vista is undoubtedly something to behold, the house and grounds are equally impressive. The mansion, with its thick walls and stone façade, is reminiscent of an English manor house in its design and layout. The property encompasses both a restored adobe structure and a modern Cultural Center completed in 2018, offering an authentic early-California setting for events of many kinds. Five outdoor venues and one indoor facility accommodate gatherings ranging from intimate celebrations in the Mission Vineyard to receptions of 300 or more at the Dana Adobe Cultural Center. The DACC Courtyard seats up to 250 for a sit-down dinner, and the Adobe Veranda seats up to 200. Four rental spaces accommodate events of a wide range of sizes, from intimate gatherings of 12 in the fourth-floor Crow's Nest to full-museum buyouts that seat up to 150 and welcome as many as 250 standing guests. The main floor and mezzanine anchor the full museum experience, while the Upper Patio — available exclusively for evening events — offers open-air harbor views. The Munger Theater seats up to 60 guests in a dedicated screening and lecture configuration.
