Seventh Place is an urban warehouse venue available for an array of events, weddings, parties, concerts, film and commercial productions and large-scale exhibitions. It offers a unique, rustic, eclectic charm in the heart of the Arts District in Downtown, Los Angeles. A growing artistic and cultured community surrounds it, just steps away from Little Tokyo, Japanese Village and Southern California Institute of Architecture. This impressive, seventy five year old, urban interior space consists of bow truss 14 ft. high ceilings, vintage architecture with exposed brick, large windows, and skylights. With 5,000 sq. ft., Seventh Place is an intimate space, which can accommodate up to 800 standing guests, 625-chair seating and a 400 table seating capacity. This unique space offers endless opportunities in the creative ways you can turn this space into a special and memorable event for both you and your guests! It provides a canvas for your creativity, ability to transform it into a new environment with the raw warehouse space as a backdrop.

The Skyline Boho is the combination of three spaces. Located on the 6th floor, it features an open floor plan with dramatic sunset light coming through all the windows that can be separated into 3 areas. The combined size of the spaces is 5,600 sq. ft. with 11 feet high ceilings. It features gorgeous panoramic 270º city views with Northwest, West, and Southwest facing windows, concrete floors, multi-zone air conditioners, and an abundance of natural mid-day and sunset light. The entire studio is painted white for extra brightness. All the pictured furniture and decor are included.

City Market South breathes new life into the oldest wholesale produce market in Los Angeles, bringing world-class dining and cocktails, one-of-a-kind retail and Class-A creative office space to distinct buildings that all surround an open central plaza. Each space has been reimagined for the demanding business, adamant that the space they inhabit is a reflection of who they are, what they do and the quality of what they produce. City Market South is 75,000 SF of vintage, brick and bow truss warehouses and open plan concrete structures on 2.5 acres at the southern end of the original City Market wholesale produce center. The City Market of Los Angeles was founded in 1909 as a cooperative of farmers seeking a central distribution center in Los Angeles. These same founding families maintain ownership and control of the company to this day.
