Site rentals are available at Pie Ranch for a range of occasions. Our farm welcomes retreats, conferences, birthday parties, and other special events in addition to weddings! The Roadside Barn at Pie Ranch is a nice indoor facility with outdoor tables and a music system for evening use. Our "Lower Slice" rental is a lovely outside place with a meadow and a rustic outdoor kitchen to use. We have a fully equipped classroom available for retreats and conferences. All weddings and events are held at our primary facility, which is located at 2080 Cabrillo Highway in Pescadero, California. On the gorgeous Highway 1, approximately 30 minutes north of Santa Cruz and an hour south of San Francisco, we are near to Ao Nuevo State Park. The San Jose Clubhouse has been organizing intimate social gatherings for our San Jose neighbors for over a century. Within these walls, we celebrate weddings, graduations, Quinceaneras, bar/bat mitzvahs, festivals, infants, birthdays, and memorials. This Arts and Crafts bungalow, established by the ladies of We and Our Neighbors, is a historic landmark and California's oldest continuously utilized women's clubhouse. The San Jose Clubhouse welcomes you to host your next event with fewer than 80 attendees. This charming establishment has been meticulously preserved and upgraded to retain its original charm. It's perfect for modest weddings, anniversaries, bridal or baby showers, memorials, business meetings, birthday parties, boutiques, art displays and music recitals, and more, thanks to its comfortable masonry fireplace, hardwood floors, and stained glass lighting. "We and Our Neighbors" are our auxiliary and celebration guides, for which we are grateful. We and Our Neighbors, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, owns the San Jose Clubhouse. "We and Our Neighbors is dedicated to fostering educational and social events among its members, conserving the historical clubhouse, and supporting important causes in the adjacent as well as broader community," their mission statement states.

Our one-of-a-kind venue is excellent for weddings of all sizes, from small, intimate ceremonies to large receptions with up to 200 guests. Beautifully manicured with lush greenery and white roses, bistro lights hung above, and rolling hills as a backdrop, our outdoor patio makes for a really unique canvas for a wedding or cocktail afterwards. Featuring towering skylights as well as floor to ceiling windows, our indoor reception room can accommodate up to 200 guests for a night of dining and dance. Our in-house catering services include everything from tables and chairs to linens and silverware to glassware as well as service staff and bartenders as well as the build up and clean-up of the event. Our on-site wedding coordinator is available to assist you throughout the entire preparation process as well as on the day of your wedding to ensure that everything runs well! Whiskey Hill Farms and Science Center: In a Serene Country Environment, securely secluded on a hill that overlooks beautiful blends of Redwood Groves, Pines and the Greenery of the surrounding farms. Only 10 minutes away from the sandy dunes upon the beaches of Monterey Bay — where dolphins are riding waves, sea otters are cracking shells on their bellies, and waterspouts from whales are observed. We have multiple venue spaces for rent for your next event as well as rooms for rent in our Farmhouse for overnight stays. We also have a pool and hot tub and bbq area that is available to rent for an extra fee(under renovation, available end of June 2024).

Flora Vista Events is a boutique outdoor event venue situated near the floral fields and beaches of La Selva Beach, California. The family-owned and operated property sits just off Highway One, within blocks of Manresa Beach, and offers sweeping views of rolling hills, strawberry fields, and seasonal flowers in bloom. The grounds accommodate gatherings from 75 to 300 guests, making the venue well-suited for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, elopements, engagement parties, anniversary celebrations, milestone birthdays, and corporate retreats. The property also includes a historic White House — a 3,800-square-foot residence with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, fireplaces, and a commercial kitchen — available for wedding weekend buyouts and overnight retreats. Two clay tennis courts round out the on-site amenities. Flora Vista Events brings over 26 combined years of wedding and event experience to every booking, offering both all-inclusive packages with an in-house caterer and a DIY site-fee option for couples and clients who prefer to bring their own licensed vendors.

Our facilities provide a lovely and useful environment for a weekend wedding or anniversary party, as well as an off-site lunch and conference for your company. Our Los Gatos clubhouse is located at 123 Los Gatos Boulevard. A modest parking lot is accessible, and the building is surrounded by ample of street parking. The building is surrounded by beautiful grounds that are maintained by our volunteers. Tables and chairs are included in the rental price. Weddings and anniversary parties, corporate off-site meetings, and company conferences can all be held at the History Club of Los Gatos. Our quiet and beautifully maintained grounds, located in lovely downtown Los Gatos, provide a sanctuary of calm in our indoor and outdoor settings. Our interior's clean lines provide you with a blank canvas on which to create your own unique event. Our garden area is also ideal for weddings, parties, and family gatherings. Inside, we can easily handle gatherings for up to 150 people, with additional outside flexibility. We are an easy walk to restaurants and hotels in Los Gatos, making us ideal for smaller groups (20 to 50) looking for a pleasant, quiet area to work. To allow you to design your event, we have a raised stage with grand piano, spacious hall with hardwood floors, sound and projection equipment, dressing rooms, covered terrace, outside bar, beautifully planted garden, and gazebo. Because we are a community-based, non-profit company, we can offer both competitive pricing and the assurance that all net revenues will be donated to local groups that serve women and children.
