Presqu'ile is a family-owned estate winery in the Santa Maria Valley, in Santa Barbara Wine Country. We host weddings, milestone celebrations, rehearsal dinners, corporate offsites, and client dinners for 10 to 300+ guests. Choose from a Private Dining Room and Viewing Terrace (20 seated each), the Garden Lounge with a private bar and firepit (50 seated, 80 reception), the Tasting Room (120 seated, 200 reception), or a full estate buyout for 300+. Weddings include a bridal suite and on-site kitchen, with a Daytime Fête option for up to 45 guests. A dedicated events team works with you from first call to last toast. Cottonwood Canyon Vineyard & Winery is a 78-acre estate winery situated about 10 minutes east of Santa Maria, California, at the northern edge of the Foxen Canyon Wine Trail in Santa Barbara County. Established in 1988 by the Beko family, the property is surrounded by the San Rafael Mountains and benefits from a cool, marine-influenced climate just 19 miles from the Pacific Ocean — conditions that shape its signature Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Syrah. The estate was the first in Santa Barbara County to construct wine caves, and those caves remain a defining feature of the property today. Multiple event spaces accommodate a wide range of gatherings — from an intimate 70-guest patio reception to a full 500-guest event spanning the tasting room, outdoor terrace, and amphitheater with vineyard and mountain views. Events are supported with tables, seating, and winery servers included in standard packages, and outside catering is permitted. Ample parking is available on site. The Victorian Pitkin Conrow Estate is a turn-of-the-century mansion set on manicured grounds in Arroyo Grande on California's Central Coast. The property centers on a stick-styled Eastlake Victorian house surrounded by lavender and wisteria-filled gardens, a period-style gazebo, and a covered colonnade — together creating a backdrop well suited to ceremonies and celebrations. The estate accommodates weddings with receptions for up to 250 guests and receptions-only gatherings for up to 300. Rental includes access to the full grounds, an indoor banquet room, and the estate's 130-year-old bar. Spreafico Farms sits on a working family-owned cattle and vegetable ranch in San Luis Obispo County, nestled among vineyards and rolling hills. The property is part of Rancho Corral de Piedra, a 30,911-acre Mexican land grant established in 1841, and is home to one of the oldest existing milking barns in the county — a structure that retains much of its original historic character while offering modern amenities for today's events. Three distinct spaces accommodate a range of gatherings on the property. The historic barn seats up to 180 guests on smooth concrete floors, the barn back patio extends the footprint with seating for an additional 130 guests on decomposed granite, and the hilltop ceremony area offers 360-degree panoramic views with a built-in rustic backdrop, stage, and pews. Spreafico Farms provides indoor wooden and outdoor bars, string and market lighting, heating systems, a catering area with an outdoor prep sink and grill, natural wood chairs with white padding, and 8-foot rectangular tables. A parking area and restrooms are included, along with modern lodging and a cottage with a private restroom for use by the wedding party.
