The newest San Diego wedding site with a beautiful view is nestled in the mountains near Alpine, CA. This 4,000-square-foot mansion stands atop a hill overlooking San Diego's serene mountains. A 10,000 square foot groomed lawn sits behind the beautiful Mediterranean style mansion, perfect for your next event. The market lighting, which runs the length of the lawn, creates a beautiful environment and lighting for your evening. The lower lawn, which is utilized for wedding celebrations, is framed by an oak grove along the creek. 27 Acres Estate is the ideal location for making your event a one-of-a-kind experience for you and your guests. Receptions The top lawn is 10,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 250 people for banquets and celebrations. The market lighting strung over the grass provides illumination for evening gatherings. A 1,000 square foot covered patio with built-in speakers, a television, and a bar complements the 10,000 square foot lawn. Ceremonies The bottom lawn, about 2,000 square feet, is suitable for your wedding celebration. It's ideal for weddings around sunset. A built-in aisle and arch overlook a beautiful oak grove in the ceremony area. The House The 4,000-square-foot home was designed to accommodate large gatherings. The house includes built-in surround sound and is multi-device friendly both inside and out; the bar and pool table are available to the wedding party before the wedding, and a portable bar is available for the guests during the reception on the covered patio. The bridal party can use the Bridal Suite and Groom's Dressing Room to get ready for their big day. The wedding suite has two vanities for getting ready, an ensuite bathroom, and a wardrobe for storing clothing and personal belongings. The Moniker Warehouse is a modern industrial venue in downtown San Diego's dynamic East Village that lends itself to weddings, concerts, fundraisers, art events, and whatever else you can throw our way. The adaptable urban setting is a blank canvas waiting to be altered by your creativity. A bright and airy drinking room leads into a rustic main space with exposed pillars, original white brick walls, market lights, and garage access. The space can accommodate receptions of up to 160 people, mix-and-mingle events of up to 250 people, and concerts of up to 300 people. In early 2022, the Warehouse will undergo some interesting upgrades. We're expanding the main space by 1,500 square feet, adding a bridal room, and updating the lighting. Sound equipment, tables, seats, lighting, a bridal suite, and a full list of vendors are all included in the venue rental. The parking garage can accommodate 30 automobiles, plus there is plenty of street parking in the surrounding area.
