Fifteen years ago Stuart Grannen, the founder of the Chicago staple, Architectural Artifacts Inc., purchased an old Charcoal factory in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. He and an internationally acclaimed designer converted this incredible factory space into an AIA award winning home. They kept as much of the original interior finishes to keep the integrity of the building. Stuart began receiving requests for photoshoots and small parties which led him to the conclusion that this space was too special to keep to himself! He has decided to let others share in the joy of this architectural masterpiece. If you're looking to host 15 guests for a dinner party or 60 of your closest family and friends for an intimate wedding, Charcoal Factory Lofts is a space like no other in Chicago!

The mansion boasts many handsome reception rooms, six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and separate servants’ quarters. The distinctive environment of Lynfred Winery is ideal for your next private event, wedding, or business conference. From a simple evening of wine and cheese pairings to formal soirees served on exquisite Italian porcelain, we offer a variety of beautiful, exclusive wine-themed experiences. Whatever your requirements, we will work with you to create a unique event that will delight both you and your guests. All group activities hosted at Lynfred Winery are open to attendees who are 21 years of age or older. Most events require a minimum of twelve guests. Depending on the occasion, the maximum number of visitors ranges from 20 to 60. Private activities are held seven days a week, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., from January to September. Due to production and other scheduled activities, availability may be limited. In the mid-1970s, Lynn and Fred bought the Fenz Home, a one-acre property near the intersection of Roselle and Irving Park roads in Roselle, Illinois, which had already been historically significant: it had been inhabited by Colonel Roselle Hough, after whom the city is named. The Hattendorf family erected the structure in 1912, and Fred and Lynn rebuilt it, keeping the original detail and modifying it to serve the winemaking operation. Fortunately, the more than 18-inch thick cellar walls provide optimum temperature control for aging wines. Lynfred Winery, founded by Fred and Lynn in 1979, produces 5,000 gallons of wine in seven varieties. Lynfred has held true to its promise of producing exceptional wines over the years. Fred began construction on a 24,000 square foot state-of-the-art winemaking facility in 1990. While Lynn and Fred have both passed, their "small winery" rose to prominence in the winemaking world, and they left a dedicated team to lead Lynfred Winery into the future.

The Roselle Park District offers a range of indoor and outdoor rental spaces for private events in Roselle, Illinois. Operating out of the Clauss Recreation Center and several additional park locations, the district provides flexible facilities for birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, corporate meetings, family reunions, holiday parties, and community gatherings. Indoor options include the Maple Room at the Clauss Recreation Center — a divisible space seating up to 100 guests — and the full-sized gymnasium, which accommodates up to 200 guests and can be split in half for smaller events. The 10 North facility on Roselle Road houses two private suites, each equipped with AV access and a kitchenette, suited for corporate meetings and small celebrations. The Scout Lodge, a self-access facility, seats up to 70 guests and includes patio and playground access. Outdoors, Turner Park offers a covered pavilion for up to 150 guests and a gazebo for up to 50 guests, both set within a park featuring a pond, walking path, and recreational courts. All rentals are arranged through the district's rentals team and require a minimum of two weeks' notice to reserve.

Each Marriott Certified Wedding Planner has completed rigorous courses and is certified to plan weddings of all types, including ethnic and military weddings. Marriott Certified Wedding Planners can assist you in determining an overarching vision for your wedding and executing each detail based on experience, training, tradition, and old-fashioned intuition. Setting an event budget, selecting a cuisine, planning table settings, and securing florists, photographers, a band, and other entertainment for the big day are all part of the process.

At Park Central Banquet Hall, we offer the space you need for a birthday celebration, a shower, a meeting, or a magnificent patio wedding and reception. A stunning New Orleans-style courtyard with a charming fountain and lush flora, as well as a commercial kitchen, dance floor, and bar, is included in this nicely updated hall. The Rolling Meadows Park District has everything you'll need for an unforgettable event! We are confident that one of our rooms will fulfill your banquet, conference, meeting, shower, wedding, or party demands. All facility rentals include the use of tables and chairs, as well as equipment set-up and take-down and cleaning. A stunning New Orleans-style courtyard with a charming fountain and lush flora, as well as a commercial kitchen, dance floor, and bar, is included in this nicely updated hall. With verification of non-profit status, not-for-profit organizations may receive a $15 discount on the hourly cost. Please provide an official form proving your not-for-profit status, such as the Illinois Department of Revenue Sales Tax Exemption Letter, with your rental permission. The organization's listed address determines whether it is a resident or non-resident. For $75, events at our Park Central and Plum Grove Park Banquet Halls can request use of our Courtyard at Park Central or Pavilion at Plum Grove Park for a ceremony in addition to the reception. The ceremony chairs are set up and taken down for this cost. For $150, we also offer a rehearsal supper the night before your event (if space is available). Arlington Lakes Golf Club is an 18-hole, 90-acre municipal golf course in Arlington Heights, Illinois, owned and managed by the Arlington Heights Park District. The course was renovated in 2016 and sits on land that once served as a Nike Missile Base, with water hazards coming into play on 13 of 18 holes. The clubhouse offers two dedicated event spaces suited for private celebrations and corporate gatherings. The Hearth Room accommodates up to 95 guests and features a dance floor and a wrap-around balcony overlooking the fairways — a setting that works well for wedding receptions, anniversary parties, and retirement events. The Festival Room seats up to 40 and is well suited for showers, luncheons, and smaller corporate meetings. Outside food is welcome, and the club provides a range of beverage packages, table linens, and optional add-ons including a projector and sound system. An elevator serves both floors of the clubhouse.

Itasca Country Club boasts a rich history, dating back to its organization in 1925 by B.B. Clover. Soon after, in 1928, the club was purchased by William Lyons who remained an integral part of the club until his retirement in 1985. The Itasca Country Club has been a staple in the community for over 90+ years and is a designated historical landmark by the Village of Itasca's Historical Preservation Committee and has been honored as a "Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary" by the National Audubon Society. We celebrate our colorful past while also continuing to build new memories for our members and their families. Today the Itasca Country Club is a family friendly private country club with a beautiful golf course, pool and banquet facility located in the heart of Itasca, IL. We offer a bocce ball court in the warmer months and an ice rink in the winter months to our members, as well as a family game room and a full service restaurant, the Fox & Turtle, which is open to the public. Nellie's Band Room The Band Room, or main performance room, is our largest event venue, with a stage area and a large bar on the first floor. For an additional $250 and $100, respectively, you can use our cutting-edge sound system and/or lighting features. We can host and cater for nearly any type of event in this area, not just live music. - Dinners for up to 30 people, seated and plated - Up to 200 people can be served at a buffet. - Up to 400 guests, cash bar with limited food from the normal menu - We can accommodate 400+ guests if this space is combined with the Mezzanine upstairs. The Mezzanine The Mezzanine on the second floor gives a beautiful view of the show as well as a separate bar with access to the rooftop. This space is suitable for smaller gatherings, however there are restrictions on bookings for concerts and other events. Smaller groups of 10 to bigger groups of 125 seats or 200 standing can be accommodated on the Mezzanine. Lower Level Beer Garden On the first level, near the main entrance, there is an outdoor space. Up to 100 individuals can be accommodated. Weather permitting, available seasonally. Rooftop Patio Plan an outdoor event and dine al fresco on the northwest suburbs' only rooftop.
