It was founded by Amit Patel after he left a corporate career to build a hospitality-focused venue, and the property is now run alongside his wife, who works with couples to bring their vision to life, from vintage and rustic themes to minimalist and romantic styles. The venue offers several distinct spaces for a wedding day. The Grand Ballroom is an indoor reception space with chandeliers designed to accommodate a large wedding celebration. The Country Chapel is a bright, naturally lit ceremony room with hardwood flooring and a customizable altar backed by white chiffon drapery, while the outdoor ceremony site sets vows against a backdrop of lush greenery, with wooden aisle decking and a white pergola. A dedicated bridal suite gives the wedding party a spacious, well-equipped space to prepare before the event. Each event includes a private master chef who creates a custom menu, a staff sommelier and mixologist, and a professional wedding planner who oversees styling and the transformation of the space. La Fontana Springs books weddings and quinceañeras, with dates currently available through 2027.

Set on 25 landscaped acres in San Antonio, the McNay Art Museum is anchored by a 24-room Spanish Colonial Revival mansion designed by architects Atlee and Robert Ayres. The mansion, its surrounding grounds, and Marion Koogler McNay's personal art collection became the founding gift for Texas's first museum of modern art, which opened to the public in 1954. In 2008, French architect Jean-Paul Viguier added the Jane and Arthur Stieren Center for Exhibitions, a 45,000-square-foot expansion housing additional galleries, a sculpture garden, a lecture hall, and classrooms. Today the museum holds more than 22,000 works spanning medieval and Renaissance art through contemporary pieces. For weddings and corporate events, the McNay opens spaces across both the historic mansion and the contemporary center, including the Blackburn Patio, Frost Octagon, AT&T Lobby, Ewing-Halsell Foundation Reception Hall, and the Leeper Auditorium, which can seat up to 300 guests. Outdoor ceremonies can be held at the Main Fountain or Gazebo, and the Brown Foundation Sculpture Terrace hosts standing receptions for up to 300 among the museum's sculpture collection. All private events include use of the museum's galleries and grounds, along with on-site parking.

San Antonio Botanical Garden sits on 39 acres just minutes from downtown San Antonio, on land gifted to the city in 1899 by George W. Brackenridge and formerly home to the Brackenridge Waterworks. The Garden opened to the public in 1980 and has since grown into a home for more than 1,000 plant species, including the Kumamoto En, an authentic Japanese garden designed by the Emperor's gardener and gifted from San Antonio's sister city in 1989. For private events, the Garden offers several distinct settings, from the Amphitheater, a historic converted water reservoir framed by wisteria and crossvine columns, to the Greehey Lawn, an open-air space beneath mature live oak trees that can seat up to 720 guests banquet-style. The Lucile Halsell Conservatory, designed with architect Emilio Ambasz, surrounds an interior courtyard and water garden and seats 250 or more for weddings and receptions. The Betty Kelso Center, a LEED Gold-certified event space with walls of windows overlooking the Greehey Lawn and its fountain, rounds out the Garden's rental spaces with room for up to 300 guests.
