We include coordination services in all our packages and work with you 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding weekend to finalize any loose ends, confirm all logistics, communicate with your vendors and we will run the day for you so all you have to do is celebrate! Howe Caverns is a natural cave attraction and event venue in Howes Cave, New York, where a living limestone cave — carved by an underground river over millions of years — descends 156 feet below the earth's surface. First explored by farmer and entrepreneur Lester Howe, the caverns have hosted more than 725 weddings in their underground chambers. Wedding ceremonies take place at the Bridal Altar, a limestone alcove 156 feet underground featuring a naturally formed calcite heart and views of the Lake of Venus, a crystal-clear subterranean river. Following the ceremony, celebrations continue at the Tudor-style Visitor Center, which offers a dining room and surrounding patios for receptions. An on-site 21-unit motel provides accommodations for couples and guests, with honeymoon packages available.

Henry Hill Farm is a family-operated farm in Howes Cave, New York that has hosted many weddings and special events. Set on a working property with streams, ponds, ravines, and open country vistas, the farm offers a pastoral setting distinct from more conventional event venues. Event guests have exclusive access to the farm's private trails for walking, hiking, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing — an uncommon amenity that invites guests to take in the surrounding landscape before or after a celebration.
