We give our guests the feeling of being in the country by providing a vintage and rustic location that is nevertheless close enough to the city to accommodate your guests. We're within a quarter mile from the lovely Lake Granbury. There is plenty of beauty to make your wedding or event unforgettable, with enormous sweeping Oak and Pecan trees, some over 100 years old. The photo options are endless, including our magnificent carriage house, which was handcrafted in 1892. The Vintage and Rustic Charming Venue! Warrens Backyard offers a tree-covered refuge for couples to hold their wedding reception. The carriage house is paneled in a variety of woods, creating a vibrant and eye-catching backdrop for special occasions. This location is willing to tailor the available space to the betrothed couple's preferences, allowing them to make their wedding day as unique as they like. This rustic hideaway is ideal for couples seeking a taste of the countryside. The rental includes chairs and tables that may be set up either indoors or outdoors. If necessary, linens can be leased. We are always changing and adding to our venue, so no two weddings will be the same! Warrens Backyard allows you to personalize your event to match your specific needs. The Telico Gin was constructed in Telico, Texas, in May 1940. For decades, this ancient cotton gin served the local neighborhood. For many years, the Telico Gin was a working cotton gin. James' parents are seated in the front row! When James and Connie Trojacek bought the site in 2014, they realized their dream of creating the ultimate event facility. The gin is full of personality and provides a unique, pleasant setting for every occasion! The "Seed Barn" was remodeled in 2017 and is now a fantastic addition to the property! This structure is ideal for wedding ceremonies, showers, informal gatherings, and birthday parties. The Telico Gin is a family-run establishment. The Telico Gin is a historic cotton gin that has been transformed into an event center and wedding venue! The Telico Gin is a one-of-a-kind event venue located south of Dallas. The Telico Gin does not provide catering. For their important day, the majority of our guests employ caterers! 30 rectangular tables and 400 white garden chairs are available. If alcohol is present at your event, we require security and a bartender. If the ceremony will be held outside, you will need to acquire more seats from a rental business. Our chairs are only suitable for use indoors.

WEATHER While we've been amazingly fortunate with good weather on the majority of our events, we do have to be realistic and have backup plans for inclement weather. That's why we have an arrangement with ACME rentals for tents and canopies as needed, available at an additional charge. We also have patio heaters to rent in the colder months so no matter what comes, your event goes off beautifully.
