East Creek Landing is a banquet hall in Guilford, Connecticut, offering event space on the Connecticut shoreline. The venue combines coastal New England character with modern amenities suited to a wide range of celebrations and gatherings — from weddings and receptions to corporate meetings, seminars, birthday parties, and fundraisers. The main hall seats up to 225 guests and features high ceilings, a built-in bar with soda fountain service, a hardwood dance floor, and climate control. The space accommodates flexible table configurations — round and rectangular — and includes a coat room and full wheelchair accessibility. A separate private meeting room accommodates up to 75 guests and is well suited for smaller celebrations, professional gatherings, and training sessions. A commercial-grade kitchen on the premises supports any licensed caterer. Tables, chairs, and ample free parking are included with all rentals. Tours are available by appointment.

The Surf Lodge's rooms and communal areas are all decorated with a subtle coastal theme that runs throughout them. With white washed walls, sun bleached floors, private balconies, cozy beds, shady hammocks, and large-scale artwork by surfers and surf lovers throughout the property, our rooms reflect the style and simple luxuries of a tropical getaway. For weekend reservations, we require a two-night minimum stay to be honored. Unless your reservation is for a Friday night, you must also make a reservation for Saturday night. Saturdays are the only days when there are no arrivals or departures. Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check out is at 11 a.m. Room reservations for the summer of 2021 are now being accepted for our reopening on May 14, 2021! The Lace Factory is an industrial wedding and event venue situated at 161 River Street in Deep River, Connecticut. Housed in a building with historic architectural character, the space invites couples and event planners who want a setting with genuine personality — historic details appear around every corner, while 40 tons of air conditioning keep guests comfortable in any season. The main event space accommodates up to 225 guests, making it well suited for weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations of all kinds. Anchored at Steamboat Dock in Essex, Connecticut, the Connecticut River Museum occupies a restored 1878 steamboat warehouse — the last of its kind on the river and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The museum sits on a 1.5-acre waterfront campus overlooking Essex Harbor, where the North Deck stretches directly over the Connecticut River and sailboats drift past year-round. The campus offers several distinct event spaces. The Boathouse Room, a program and exhibition space at the back of the museum building, opens directly onto the North Deck and accommodates up to 55 guests for cocktail-style gatherings. The Samuel Lay House — built in the 18th century and once home to the original Dauntless Yacht Club — suits intimate celebrations and corporate luncheons of up to 40 guests. For larger tented receptions, the Lay House Lawn overlooks the river and accommodates up to 150 guests. Events are available after museum hours, beginning at 5:30 PM. The venue is ADA compliant throughout, and outside caterers are welcomed for all event types.
