Hilton Garden Inn Shreveport Bossier City is a full-service hotel located at 2015 Old Minden Road in Bossier City, Louisiana, within three miles of the Louisiana Boardwalk, downtown Bossier City's casinos, and the Shreveport Convention Center. The 177-room property was built in 2012 and underwent a comprehensive renovation, reopening in December 2024 with updated guest rooms, public spaces, and meeting facilities. The hotel offers nearly 9,000 square feet of meeting and event space across nine configurable rooms, making it well suited for corporate conferences, banquets, and social celebrations up to 425 guests. The Grand Dahlia is the flagship event space at 4,752 square feet with a 12-foot ceiling, accommodating up to 256 for banquets or 425 for receptions. Silver Lake Ballroom occupies the first floor of the historic Hunter Building in downtown Shreveport, Louisiana — a three-story Art Deco structure built in 1931 as headquarters for the Hunter Oil and Investment Company. The building takes its name from Silver Lake, a natural body of water that once covered much of present-day Market Street before the Red River raft removal in the late 1830s redirected the waterway. Owner Martha Rice established the ballroom to honor that architectural heritage and contribute to the revitalization of the downtown area. The venue offers four distinct event spaces totaling 14,000 square feet, split between indoor and outdoor settings. The Ballroom features original terrazzo floors, six gold mirror chandeliers, and red gum molding across 3,000 square feet. The Heritage Room pairs New Orleans-style 1930s murals with exposed brick walls and 16-foot vaulted concrete beams. Outdoors, The Landing provides 5,000 square feet with 20-foot ceilings and Edison lighting beneath a covered-and-uncovered structure. A Bridal Suite with antique furnishings and a private passage for ceremony entrances rounds out the offering. Silver Lake Ballroom has hosted events since August 2006, including weddings, corporate gatherings, film shoots, and bar mitzvahs. When your party gets started, roll the 18-foot glass doors open to let the outside in, and all of your guests can easily move from the great room to the great outdoors. Any event will be easy for you or your caterer with our fully functional family kitchen. Sixteen acres located just outside the city limits of longview make it easy to run into the city for necessities if needed, or to sit back and enjoy the privacy of the area. The Golf Club at StoneBridge is a private golf club and event venue situated along the shores of the Lake of StoneBridge in Bossier City, Louisiana. The 18-hole championship course was designed by Fred Couples and Gene Bates, winding through mature oaks, small lakes, and protected wetlands in the Shreveport-Bossier area. The clubhouse is a 10,000-square-foot facility marked by dramatic vaulted ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and panoramic views of both the golf course and the lake. The property centers on a historic plantation house surrounded by open landscape, offering a distinctly Southern backdrop for ceremonies and celebrations. The venue's signature indoor space, The Greenhouse, is a 4,000-square-foot climate-controlled structure featuring chandeliers, an in-house sound system, a fireplace, restrooms, and dressing areas — accommodating up to 200 guests. The outdoor grounds provide an equally spacious setting for ceremonies and receptions, with the same 200-guest maximum across the full property. Caspiana hosts only one event per weekend, giving each couple exclusive use of both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Nantucket is located on 22 acres of family-owned land in East Texas and features beautiful landscaping with views of a beautiful lake, grassy turf, outdoor walkways, and an outdoor pavillion. The outdoor areas are well-lit to guide you to each area. We provide transportation to and from the hotel on Nantucket, as well as golf cart carriages from the parking areas to the event areas. Founded in 1958 by the Junior League of Longview, the Longview Museum of Fine Arts (LMFA) has grown from a small annual art invitational into a cultural cornerstone of East Texas. The museum has been located on Tyler Street in downtown Longview since 1998, and its permanent collection has grown to nearly 1,200 works, including paintings, woodcuts, photographs, sculpture, and works on paper, centered on early Texas Regionalist art from the 1930s through the 1970s. Adjacent to the museum, the Pelaia Plaza JT Smith Sculpture Garden offers an outdoor gallery with a performance stage, landscaped grounds, and outdoor sculpture, serving as a green-space gathering spot in the heart of downtown Longview. LMFA's galleries, lecture hall, and classroom spaces are available for private event rental, hosting weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, reunions, and corporate events. Longview's leading venue and event center for weddings, receptions, business conferences, and reunions with up to 300 guests. Our structure features a lovely outside pavilion with a fireplace and courtyard, as well as an attractive old world interior with chandelier lighting. Terry Edney, a local builder, had a vision for the Reserve. He recognized the need for a unique location in East Texas for a private event facility. Most alternative locations were either too big or too expensive to host that special gathering. The Reserve can accommodate up to a couple hundred people or can be set up to seem cozy and pleasant for smaller gatherings. The Reserve is incredibly adaptable for any occasion, from the cozy interior built with bricks from early twentieth-century Chicago to the enormous outside pavilion and fireplace. The Reserve houses one-of-a-kind antiques from all across the world. It offers an old-world feel while yet providing the most up-to-date technology features. She enjoys seeing couples get married in the way they've always imagined because she works in the events sector. We've done very little decorating so you can personalize it. The Bride's Cabin is the ideal location for you to prepare for your big day. Enjoy the salon-style preparation area for you and your bridesmaids, as well as comfy seating for family members, a wide porch to rest and relax, and the fact that it is fully private and distinct from the main structure. Groom's Cabin: It's not just the Bride's day; it's also the Groom's, so we've provided him with his own space to unwind before the big day. Consortium Venue is a multipurpose event facility in Shreveport, Louisiana, occupying more than 4,000 square feet at 1925 North Market. Established in 2007 and open for events since 2008, the space is suited to a wide range of gatherings — from formal wedding ceremonies and receptions to rehearsal dinners, corporate luncheons, seminars, and social celebrations of all kinds. The main hall accommodates 25 to 125 guests banquet-style, or up to 150 for cocktail-style events. On-site features include a commercial kitchen, a dance floor, a platform stage, an intimate patio area, and a private lounge room. Catering is available in-house, with menus spanning hors d'oeuvres, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, alongside professional bar service — or outside catering is welcome for those who prefer it.

The Bossier City Civic Center is a municipal event facility in Bossier City, Louisiana, situated off Interstate 20 at LA Highway 3 (Benton Road), just a few miles from downtown Shreveport. The recently renovated building offers 24,000 square feet of flexible exhibition and convention space in its Main Halls — divisible into two 12,000-square-foot halls — plus a 7,500-square-foot Banquet Hall that separates into three configurable rooms: the Bistineau, Cypress, and Bodcau Rooms. A selection of smaller meeting and VIP spaces on the second floor rounds out the facility. The center accommodates events ranging from intimate seminars to large-scale conventions, career fairs, graduations, receptions, and private parties. Rentals include tables, chairs, stage, podium, a microphone, and the in-house sound system, with a kitchen and loading dock on-site.
