The Natatorium's Conference & Banquet Center is part of a 116,000-square-foot recreational facility in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, operated by the City of Cuyahoga Falls Parks and Recreation Department. The center is equipped to host gatherings ranging from intimate groups to events of up to 300 guests. The facility offers two dedicated event rooms — the Cuyahoga Room and the Hopewell Room — which can be used individually or opened together. The Cuyahoga Room features vaulted ceilings and a wooden dance floor alongside a small caterer's kitchen and projector screen, accommodating up to 70 guests. The Hopewell Room is a carpeted space with a large caterer's kitchen and a projector screen, accommodating up to 60 guests. Combined, the two rooms host events of up to 150 guests. Outside catering and alcohol are permitted with a uniformed officer on duty, and one-time event setup is included with every rental. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.

The Belmont and Preakness Rooms each hold up to 150 guests individually and can be reserved together for larger events. The full facility accommodates up to 700 guests. Happy Days Lodge sits within Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Peninsula, Ohio — about 30 minutes from both Cleveland and Akron. Built in 1938 by Civilian Conservation Corps Company 576, the lodge is considered one of the world's largest structures constructed from wormy American chestnut, with a sandstone floor and fireplaces hewn from locally quarried Berea Sandstone. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and represents a distinctive example of CCC "parkitecture," characterized by horizontal lines, low silhouettes, and the use of natural regional materials. The centerpiece of the lodge is the 4,000-square-foot Great Hall, which accommodates up to 200 seated guests beneath exposed beams and a mason jar chandelier. A screened-in porch adjoins the hall, looking out over a rolling meadow. Surrounding grounds provide access to miles of trails within the national park, making Happy Days Lodge well suited to weddings, meetings, retreats, and private celebrations of all kinds. The lodge is operated by the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park; rental proceeds support trail maintenance, volunteer programs, and outdoor education in the park.

A large deck overlooks the Cuyahoga River, lending small celebrations a scenic outdoor perch. Inside, renters have use of a kitchenette, tables and chairs for 22, restrooms, air conditioning, and public Wi-Fi. Parking sits at the bottom of the sidewalk leading up to the building. The jailhouse is available on weekday evenings and throughout the day on weekends, with dates bookable up to six months in advance through Kent Parks & Recreation.
