Oak Canyon Nature Center is a 58-acre natural park tucked into the Santa Ana foothills of Anaheim Hills, California, where three adjoining canyons meet in a landscape of oak woodland and coastal sage scrub. A year-round stream winds through the property, and four miles of hiking trails trace the ridgelines and canyon floors that surround the event area. The centerpiece for private events is the outdoor amphitheater, set among native coastal oaks and accommodating up to 200 guests for wedding ceremonies. Rentals include four hours of event time, a two-hour rehearsal, use of an on-site sound system, and access to indoor restrooms. The amphitheater features a built-in arch, stage, and tiered seating, framed entirely by natural landscape. Daniel Lyons Catering is located in the heart of downtown San Diego. Having graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Chef Daniel Lyons is a Master Chef in his own right. Chef Daniel Lyons completed his one-year European apprenticeship at the Hotel Europa in Lucerne, Switzerland, following graduation from the Culinary Institute of America. Chef Daniel returned to the United States after completing his culinary training in Europe, where he completed his three-year American apprenticeship at the Omni International Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. Previously, he held positions as Garde Manager and Banquet/Pastry Chef in four and five-star hotels, including the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta and the Newport Beach Marriott. He was the Banquet Chef at the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel, when it first opened its doors. While working as a Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta, Chef Lyons prepared seven-course sit-down and buffet dinners for President Carter and President Ronald Reagan, respectively.

Country Garden Caterers is a full-service catering and event venue housed in a historic building on North Main Street in Santa Ana, California. The structure dates to the late 1920s, when it served as the AAA Headquarters and Service Station, and has hosted private events since the late 1970s. Its distinctive character comes from the original brick facade, terra cotta tile floors, stained-glass windows, antique oak bar, mezzanine, and old-fashioned street lamp that remain intact throughout the main hall. Soka University of America offers event rentals on its Aliso Viejo, California campus, set amid Tuscan-style architecture overlooking a 4,000-acre wildlife preserve in southern Orange County. The university has hosted corporate functions, weddings, receptions, conferences, and private celebrations for over two decades, with facilities accommodating gatherings ranging from 25 to 2,300 guests. Multiple event spaces span the campus grounds. Founders Hall houses the two-story Art Gallery — an 8,000-square-foot gallery with hardwood floors suited for banquets, cocktail receptions, fundraisers, and holiday parties — as well as a third-floor Meeting Room for lectures and corporate gatherings.
