At the heart of the park stands the Hellman-Ehrman Mansion — known as Pine Lodge — a 12,000-square-foot Queen Anne-style estate built in 1903 as a summer retreat for San Francisco businessman I.W. Hellman, designed by architect Walter Danforth Bliss. California acquired the property in 1965, and the mansion now serves as a museum and the backdrop for private events. Two outdoor event sites are available for weddings, reunions, corporate dinners, farm-to-table gatherings, music events, and festivals.
